Current Status And Countermeasures Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Management Services In Harbin Community Health Service Center

With the rapid development of the social economy and changes in disease spectrum,health issues have become one of the most concerning areas for the people,with vulnerable populations such as the elderly and children being particularly important focus areas.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),as an important resource in China’s health sector,plays a crucial role in promoting health due to its unique advantages.Implementing TCM health management for vulnerable populations,carrying out health interventions and health promotion,can help improve the overall health level of the entire population and reduce the burden of disease.As the main force of China’s health service system,primary healthcare institutions have enormous development prospects in providing TCM health management services in community health service centers,which meet the objective needs of health care for the entire population.This study employs a combination of sampling survey and interview methods to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews with patients and staff members in the Traditional Chinese Medicine department of community health service centers in Harbin,in order to understand the opinions and suggestions of the key populations and industry-related individuals on the development of TCM health management services.The study aims to identify the current problems,including: differences in the awareness and acceptance of TCM health management among different demographic groups;an imperfect TCM health management service system;incomplete local policies and support systems;insufficient service promotion,which affects recognition;a shortage of specialized talent,which affects service capability;outdated hardware facilities,which affect service quality.By using the macro-management method of PEST analysis,this study analyzes the macro-environment of Traditional Chinese Medicine health management services from the political,economic,social,and technological dimensions,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.These include:providing personalized TCM health management service plans;strengthening relevant policies for TCM health management,ensuring orderly service delivery;establishing a sound TCM health management service system and developing service standards;promoting TCM culture and facilitating the development of TCM health management;strengthening the construction of a specialized talent team and implementing policy guarantees;providing special health funding support and developing community-based TCM health management services.These countermeasures and suggestions provide empirical references for improving the quality and service level of TCM health management services in community health service centers in Harbin.The development of TCM health management services in community health service centers is conducive to changing residents’ health concepts,enhancing their health status,promoting the sustained and healthy development of TCM,and providing important guarantees for the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy.
