Construction Of Nursing Management Model Of Trauma Treatment System In Gansu Province

ObjectiveThis study intended to construct a nursing management model of trauma treatment system in line with the current situation of Gansu Province through a variety of research methods,so as to provide objective reference standards for the work of trauma management in Gansu Province,and make the management have evidence to rely on.To provide reference for the establishment and management of trauma nursing alliance in Gansu Province and promote the development of trauma nursing capacity in the province.Methods1.Literature research: the correlative literature retrieval in recent 20 years at home and abroad reported policy documents,formed this project objective understanding in theory,research direction and development process,research methods and conclusions,and refer to others for this project is of guiding significance to the theoretical and practical implications,in determining the research question for this study Establish a hypothesis to build management mode to lay the foundation.2.Qualitative interview: based on the theory of 4 m1 e,semi-structured interview outline design,through the method of qualitative research,interview trauma center management personnel at all levels,Gansu province,make up for the early stage of the research is insufficient,the amount of trauma care survey research of the trauma care system nursing management present situation and future development in the province Provide theory support for the later period management model to build,and based on the interview results,form the management mode of the first draft.3.Delphi method: through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the nursing management mode of trauma treatment system was preliminarily constructed.The representativeness and reliability of consultation results were verified by using statistical indicators such as expert positive authority coefficient and expert coordination coefficient,and the management mode was finally established.Results1.Five themes were extracted from the interview: the lack of specific standards for the construction of nursing work in trauma centers at all levels;The shortage and contradiction of trauma nursing talents is prominent;The sensitivity of the pre-hospital and intra-hospital feedback mechanism is low;The need of information management of trauma data is urgent.Lack of quality control indicators for trauma care.2.After two rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficient was 1.0,the authority coefficient was 0.82,and the coordination coefficient of the first and second indexes after the second round of consultation was 0.31,0.43(P<0.01).Establish the nursing management mode of trauma treatment system in Gansu Province.The management mode consists of 5 dimensions: organizational structure,personnel management,environmental goods,process management,information management and quality control management mode,including 5 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 107 third-level items.ConclusionThrough literature review and semi-structured interview expert consultation and relevant statistical methods,this study established all levels of indicators of nursing management mode of trauma treatment system in Gansu Province,provided objective reference standards for nursing management work of trauma treatment system in Gansu Province,and promoted the improvement of trauma nursing ability in the province.
