Clinical Observation Of Qingrezhufeng Granules In The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis Of Damp-heat Accumulation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and evaluate the safety of Qingrezhufeng granules in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis with dampness-heat accumulation,and to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:According to the set inclusion criteria,90 patients admitted to the Rheumatoid Bone Disease Center of Gansu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to December 2020 were collected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.On the basis of basic treatment in both groups,control group was given Etcoxib tablet 120 mg,orally,once a day;On the basis of the control group,Qingrezhufeng granules were added to the treatment group,one dose a day,and boiled water was taken in the morning and evening.The treatment course of both groups was 7 days.Blood sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein,blood uric acid level,visual analogue scale(VAS score),TCM syndrome score,liver and kidney function and other related safety indexes before and after treatment were recorded for statistical processing,analysis and safety assessment.Results1.Comparison of total effective rate: After treatment,statistical analysis showed that the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in 2 groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease degree in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).3.Visual analogue score: After treatment,the VAS scores of the affected joints in both groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Inflammatory indexes(erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein): After treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease degree in treatment group was better than that in Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).5.Blood uric acid: Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood uric acid between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.There was no significant difference in blood uric acid between 2 groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05).6.During the treatment process,there was no abnormality in routine blood,urine,feces,liver and kidney function,or ECG in the two groups.In the control group,1 patient suffered from mild epigastral distention and discomfort.After asking the reason and treatment,the administration continued,without any discomfort symptoms,indicating that the safety of Qingrezhufeng Granules for clinical use is better.Conclusion : Qingrezhufeng granule combined with Ecoxil tablet can not only significantly improve the local swelling and pain and other clinical symptoms,but also significantly reduce the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein,relieve pain,with good safety,which can be used as a treatment plan for the clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis of dampness-heat accumulation type.
