| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zheng’s “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome,and to provide clinical evidence for the application of “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome.Method: A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of pelvic congestion syndrome and signed the informed consent form were randomly divided into Jin gou diao yu group(n=30)and lifting-trusting reduction group(n=30).The Jin gou diao yu group was treated with “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method,and the lifting-trusting reduction group was treated with the lifting-trusting reduction.Two groups of patients began to be treated one week after their menstruation.once a day,seven times as a course of treatment,with a total of two courses of treatment.The pain degree,pelvic vein diameter,blood flow velocity and clinical symptom score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and the difference was analyzed.All patients in this study were followed up at 2 menstrual cycles after treatment to compare the long-term efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.The overall curative effect comparison: The total effective rate of Jin gou diao yu group was 90 %,which was significantly better than 73.3 % of the total effective rate of lifting-trusting reduction group(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of “Jin gou diao yu”acupuncture method in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome was significantly better than liftingtrusting reduction.2.Visual analogue scale(VAS): Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the decrease of VAS score in the Jin gou diao yu group was better than that in the lifting-trusting reduction group(P<0.05).3.Pelvic vein diameter: Compared with before treatment,the pelvic vein diameter values of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the decrease of pelvic vein diameter in the Jin gou diao yu group was significantly better than that in the lifting-trusting reduction group(P<0.05).4.Pelvic vein blood flow velocity: Compared with before treatment,pelvic vein blood flow velocity in both groups increased(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the increase of pelvic venous blood flow velocity in the Jin gou diao yu group was significantly better than that lifting-trusting reduction group(P<0.05).5.Clinical symptom score: Compared with before treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the Jin gou diao yu group was lower than that lifting-trusting reduction group(P<0.05),indicating that the “Jin gou diao yu”acupuncture method was better than the lifting-trusting reduction in improving the clinical symptoms.6.Comparison of follow-up efficacy: After two menstrual cycles,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was followed up.The total effective rate of the Jin gou diao yu group was86.67%,which was significantly better than that of the lifting-trusting reduction 66.67%(P<0.05),indicating that the long-term efficacy of the Jin gou diao yu group was better.Conclusion:1.Both “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method and lifting-trusting reduction,inserting and purging methods can significantly relieve pain,relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood circulation and improve quality of life.2.The clinical effect of “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome is better than lifting-trusting reduction.It has significant effect in reducing visual analogue scale(VAS),clinical symptom score,improving the indexes such as vascular diameter and blood flow velocity,and clinical comprehensive efficacy.3.The long-term effect of “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method in the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome is better than that lifting-trusting reduction. |
