| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of “Jin gou diao yu”acupuncture for Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),and provide clinical evidence for acupuncture treatment of CAG.Methods: It was included in the standard of 64 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients in clinic order number, using the random number table method is divided into the treatment group(acupuncture group)and control group(western medicine group),32 cases in each one. There was no statistical difference in age, gender, course of disease, total clinical symptoms, submucosal classification, and pathological indexes of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable. In theacupuncture group,T7-12 double-side hua tuo clip with “Jin gou diao yu”acupuncture,1 time/day,30 minutes of retention,1 time for the needle, after five days of acupuncture, two days off;Western medicine group to conventional western medicine oral: colloidal bismuth pectin capsules 100 mg orally three times a day, margin acid citric acid 5 mg oral moser will benefit dispersible tablet three times a day, omeprazole enteric capsules 20 mg orally twice a day.Three months as a course of treatment. After the treatment by clinicaleffect, improve mucosa under gastroscope and pathology of gland atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, hyperplasia of the opposite sex and chronic inflammation, etc.Adopt the method of comparison analysis to evaluate two treatments.Results:1 Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groupsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of acupuncture group was 87.5%,the western medicine group was 71.9%,and the statistical method was tested, and P<0.05,with statistical difference.2 The clinical symptoms of the two groups were comparedBefore treatment, the total clinical symptom of acupuncture group was 13.94 plus or minus 3.058,and the western medicine group was 14.19 plus or minus 3.702.After treatment, the total clinical symptom of acupuncture group was 4.56±2.839,and the western medicine group was 6.91±2.866.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(all P<0.05),and the total score of acupuncture group was lower than that in the western medicine group, and there were statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment, two groups of gastric bloating, stomachache, belching, and difference of sleep difference were compared,P<0.05,and there were statistical differences. There was no statistical difference between the two groups.3 Comparison of gastroscopy before and after treatment of two groups of patientsCompared with before treatment,25 patients with submucosal submucosa under gastroscope of acupuncture group accounted for 78% of the total group, without aggravating cases. The western medicine group reduced 13 people, accounting for 41 percent of the group, adding 1 person.Statistically,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4 The pathological changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Before treatment, the total score of the acupuncture group was 11.56±4.095 and the western medicine group was 11.88±4.248.After treatment, the total score of the acupuncture group was 8.03±4.307,and the western medicine group was 11.19±4.403.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(allP<0.05),and the total score of acupuncture group after treatment was significantly lower than that in western medicine group, and there were statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the distribution of the two groups of glandular atrophy and chronic inflammation was compared,andP<0.05,with statistical difference. There was no statistical difference between the two groups of intestinal metaplasia and heterogeneity distribution.Conclusions:1 “Jin gou diao yu”acupunctureand western medicine is taken orally, they are all effective ways to treat CAG.2 “Jin gou diao yu”acupuncture group has better efficacy than western medicine group. |
