| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy with Type ⅢB prostatitis treated with "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture method,so as to provide research basis for the clinical treatment of this disease with "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture method.Methods: 60 patients with type ⅢB prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with "Jin gou diao yu" acupuncture;The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules,0.2mg/time,once a day,for 4 weeks.National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI)and expressed prostatic secretious(EPS)were used to evaluate and compare the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,so as to observe the clinical efficacy of "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture in the treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis.Results: The NIH-CPSI of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of small particle of lecithin(SPL)in EPS of the treatment group and the control group were significantly increased under 10×40 times microscope compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After clinical treatment,the pain discomfort score,urination symptom score and NIH-CPSI of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of SPL in EPS of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group which under 10×40 times microscope,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.66%,which was significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture and oral tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule have good clinical effect on type ⅢB prostatitis,but the clinical effect of "Jin gou diao yu" acupuncture is better than oral tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule in the treatment of type ⅢB prostatitis. |
