Objective: This thesis explores the current situation of mobile health care service use among oncology patients and uncovers the factors influencing the use of nutrition management mobile health care services,providing a basis for developing a smart nutrition management platform with a view to improving users’ compliance with mobile health care services.Methods: 1.A literature review was conducted to construct the hypothesis of the model of intention to use nutrition management mobile medical services;2.A questionnaire was formed based on the panel discussion combined with a pre-survey;3.A cross-sectional survey design was adopted to consecutively include 301 patients with gastrointestinal tract tumours who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria from December 2021 to September 2022 who attended and were hospitalized at a tertiary level A specialized oncology hospital in Sichuan Province to investigate their opinions on the current situation of nutrition management of m Health services and the factors influencing the intention to use them;4.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,rank sum test and multi-factor analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and Amos 26.0 for structural equation model validation.Results: 1.310 questionnaires were distributed and 301 valid questionnaires were returned,with a return rate of 97.10%.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.870 and the KMO value was 0.900,with a cumulative total explained variance of 84.787%.2.Only 28.24% of patients were aware of m Health services,81.73% of patients were not aware of m Health services related to nutrition management,and 6.3% of patients had used "m Health software" for nutrition management.3.More than 60% of patients want m Health services to provide basic services such as nutritional screening assessment,diet management,nutritional knowledge,disease knowledge and consultation with medical professionals.4.There was a difference in the effect of willingness to use nutrition management m Health services.5.The variables had the largest to smallest effect on willingness to use in order of behavioural attitude(0.94)> effort expectation(0.492)>performance expectation(0.329)> social influence(0.135).Conclusions: 1.The questionnaire in this thesis has good reliability and validity and is suitable for investigating patients’ willingness to use m Health services.2.Patients’ willingness to use nutrition management m Health services differs among different characteristics.3.Single promotion method and insufficient satisfaction of patients’ needs are important reasons for the low awareness and use of m Health services among oncology patients.4.Basic services are the main functions that patients want nutrition management m Health services to provide,and value-added services are not strongly demanded.5.The willingness to use model can better reflect the influence of patients’ willingness to use nutrition management m Health services.6.Perfect and convenient m Health functions,professional nutrition management services,and trusted personnel to recommend m Health services can increase patients’ willingness to use nutrition management m Health services.
