Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome By Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Tang Combined With Liuwei Dihuang Pill

Objective:This study aimed at the most common symptoms of patients with perimenopausal syndrome,using Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined treatment,liuwei dihuang pill with Finn flux control,by observing the patients symptoms and signs before and after the treatment and the related clinical indicators of change,to explore the diagnosis and treatment using the party MPS’s safety,efficacy and mechanism of action,provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:A total of 90 MPS patients who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 and who met the standards of this study were screened out.The patients were divided into the treatment group（n=45）and the control group（n=45）according to the principle of randomized controlled trial.The treatment group was treated with Chaihugui Zhigan Jiangtang combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill,and the control group was treated with Femoston for 3 courses（3 months）.The fluctuation of serum sex hormone levels（FSH,LH,E₂）before and after medication in 2 groups was detected.The total response rate,modified Kupperman score,TCM syndrome score,single symptom score,ISI,SDS,SAS score and non-MPS symptom score of the two groups were counted.SPSS25.0was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:A total of 90 patients were included in this study.During the study,6 patients fell out,including 3 in the treatment group and 3 in the control group,and no cases were excluded.Finally,84 complete data were obtained for statistical data analysis.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease and degree of disease between the two groups（P>0.05）.1.Comparison of total effective rate:in the treatment group,the total effective rate was95.24%,3 cases were cured,7 cases were significantly effective,30 cases were effective,and2 cases were ineffective;In the control group,the total effective rate was 80.95%,1 case was cured,4 cases showed obvious effect,29 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:there was no statistical difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）,which was comparable;after treatment,intra-group comparison between the two groups showed significant differences（P<0.01）;Comparison between the two groups after treatment:the difference was significant（P<0.01）,there was a statistical difference.3.Comparison of single symptom scores of TCM syndromes:there was statistical significance in hot flashes,night sweats,irritability,five irritability,insomnia between the two groups（P<0.05）,but no statistical significance in palpitations（P>0.05）.There was statistical significance for TCM in chest and flank swelling,bitter mouth and dry throat,tinnitus,deafness,waist and knee pain and weakness（P<0.05）,while there was statistical significance for western medicine in headache（P<0.05）.4.Total score comparison of the modified Kupperman scale:there was no statistical difference in the KMI score between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）;After treatment,the two groups were compared within groups,and the differences were significant（P<0.05）;Comparison between the two groups after treatment:the difference was significant（P>0.05）,without statistical significance.5.Comparison of individual symptom scores in the modified Kupperman scale:compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in fatigue and depression in the TCM group（P<0.05）;There was no significant difference in the treatment of headache,dizziness,myalgia and vaginal dry matter（P>0.05）.There was no significant difference in the treatment of depression,fatigue and vaginal dry matter（P>0.05）.Compared with the western medicine before treatment,there were statistical differences in headache,dizziness,vaginal dryness and myalgia（P<0.05）.6.Comparison of SAS and ISI scores:there were significant differences before and after treatment in TCM group（P<0.05）;Compared with the western medicine group before and after treatment,there were significant differences（P<0.05）;After treatment,there was significant difference between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group（P<0.01）,with statistical difference.It shows that Chinese medicine is better than western medicine in improving anxiety and insomnia.7.Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）scores:there were significant differences before and after treatment in TCM group（P<0.05）;There was no significant difference in Fenmo Tong group before and after treatment（P>0.05）.It shows that Chinese medicine can obviously improve depression mood.8.Comparison of serum sex hormones:after treatment,the levels of LH and FSH in 2groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）,while the levels of E₂were higher（P<0.05）,with statistical significance.After treatment,the comparison of E₂and FSH between the TCM group and the western medicine group showed that the treatment group was lower than the control group（P<0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the TCM group and the western medicine group（P>0.05）.9.Comparison of TCM symptom scores of non-MPS patients in the treatment group:TCM can significantly improve the non-MPS symptoms of patients.（P<0.05）10.Safety observation:Before and after treatment,routine blood,urine,feces,liver and kidney function,breast and gynecological ultrasound showed no abnormalities.Conclusion:Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill can effectively improve all kinds of symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome,and can significantly improve the patients’psycho-neurological symptoms（anxiety,depression）,reduce serum FSH and LH levels,increase E₂content,improve the quality of life of patients,without obvious toxic effects,worthy of clinical promotion.
