This collection of ancient traditional Chinese medical books on the theory of chaihu guizhi ganjiang decoction and the literature from 1979 to 2010 published in medical journals about clinical case of the decoction, research methods of using literature on the theory of ginger sort out, classify, analyze, using frequency statistics of the research methods of clinical case collected from the symptoms, tongue, pulse, frequency and amount of drug use and treatment of the age, gender and other parties to face the decoction in the clinical application of dry ginger in a comprehensive study.Results show that chaihu guizhi ganjiang decoction range of applications covering almost all clinical disciplines, to the treatment of diseases of digestive system disease, the most widely used, but also commonly used in respiratory system diseases, infectious hepatitis and other diseases. The clinical application of the core Chaihuguizhi indication of dry ginger in nausea, mouth pain, dry throat, poor appetite, diarrhea (loose stools), thirst, abdominal distension, Xiong Xie stuffiness; reference indications are:fever, upset, God Fatigue strength, dysuria, Xiong Xie pain, sweating, chills, poor sleep, dizziness, headache, abdominal pain, shoulder pain, palpitations, cough, constipation; tongue is pale tongue, thin greasy tongue coating; pulse for the thin string pulse. Flavored drugs to the spleen, remove drink dehumidification, Rougan pain three main priorities.Also attending from the scope of clinical manifestations, syndromes and drug aspects of dry ginger and Chaihuguizhi were compared with traditional side certificate discussed.
