| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Shugan Huayu Therapy in combination with aspirin to treat the pre-recurrent abortion thrombosis state,to explore the clinical effect and mechanism of the Bushen Yulin Decoction and Kaiyu Huoxue Decoction,and to seek safe and effective prescriptions for the chinese medicine to diagnose and treat the pre-recurrent abortion thrombosis state.Methods:64 patients with RSA pre-thrombosis who met kidney deficiency liver stagnation and blood stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,32 cases in each groups.The patients of treatment group took orally Kaiyu Huoxue Decoction three days before menstrual and the first three days in the menstrual period,when the fifth days,they medicated Bushen Shugan Huayu Method for three weeks.In the same time,The two groups took the aspirin orally for three menstrual cycles,the patients of control group had no prescriptions for Traditional Chinese Medicine.The improvement of blood clotting ivy,D-D-domogen,platelet aggregation,uterine artery blood flow,anxiety scale score(SAS),depression scale score(SDS)and the efficiency of Chinese medicine certificate and the success rate of pregnancy and child protection were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.There were no significant differences on age distribution,number of spontaneous abortions,degree of illness and pre-treatment TCM certificate scores,depression scale score,anxiety scale score,clotting four,D-D-domogen,plate aggregation,uterine artery blood flow of two groups before the treatment.2.The success rate of pregnancy after treatment was 68.62% and 85.05%,respectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the efficiency of Chinese medicine certificate was 77.42% and 90.63%respectively,and the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine certificate waiting score was lower than that of the pre-treatment group(P<0.05).4.The post-treatment depression scale score(SDS)and anxiety scale score(SAS)were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the differences was significantly in the treatment group,which was lower than the control group(P<0.05).5.After the treatment of the two groups of D-dimer,FIB values were lower than before treatment,APTT,PT,TT values were higher than before treatment.Independent sample test was used for comparison between the two groups.The difference between the two groups of APTT and D-dimerwas statistically significant(P<0.05),the other three items were not statistically significant(P>0.05).6.After treatment,the D-D-djumer hydration decreased compared to the pre-treatment level(P<0.05)in both groups,and the level of the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).7.The plateplate aggregation rate decreased significantly(P<0.05)in both groups of patients after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)when the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.8.After treatment,the S/D,PI and RI of the two groups of patients decreased compared to the pre-treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of RSA in the pre-stage state of renal hepatoglobemia thrombosis outstanding,and it was obvious in alleviating clinical symptoms,improving the success rate of pregnancy preservation,improving the blood high coagulation state than the control group,and there was no obvious side effect,safe and reliable. |
