Study On The Curative Effect And Mechanism Of Bushen Huayu Recipe In The Treatment Of Early Spontaneous Abortion

Objective: To observe the effects of Bushen Huayu Decoction on the prethrombotic state and endometrial receptivity of patients with early spontaneous abortion,and provide new ideas and methods for clinically improving the prethrombotic state and endometrial receptivity of patients with early spontaneous abortion.Method: This study collected from July 2019 to July 2020 in the obstetrics and gynecology clinic of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine),diagnosed and consistent with the prethrombotic state of early spontaneous abortion of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and a history of abortion Of 72 patients.They were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.Chinese medicine group: start taking Bushen Huayu Decoction on the 6th day of menstrual cycle and stop taking it on the 26 th day,and continue taking it on the 6th day of the next menstrual cycle for a total of 3 menstrual cycles;Western medicine group: start taking aspirin on the 6th day of the menstrual cycle The enteric-coated tablets were discontinued on the 26 th day and continued to be taken on the 6th day of the next menstrual cycle for a total of 3 menstrual cycles.Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment and changes in related indicators.Results: 1.The overall curative effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rates of TCM group and western medicine group are 91.43% and 70.59%,respectively.The TCM group is higher than the Western medicine group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The total scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM group was lower than the Western medicine group(P<0.05);3.Coagulation function: After treatment,the D-D and FIB values of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the APTT value was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the increase of APTT value in the Chinese medicine group was better than that before treatment Western medicine group(P<0.05);the reduction of FIB in the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the difference in D-D reduction between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.Uterine spiral artery resistance index(RI):After treatment,the RI values of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group(P<0.05);5.The success rate of pregnancy protection: the success rate of pregnancy protection in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group were 88.89% and 65.38%,respectively.The success rate of pregnancy protection in the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huayu Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of early spontaneous abortion patients with prethrombotic state.After treatment,the TCM syndromes,pregnancy success rate,uterine spiral artery resistance index,and coagulation indexes of the two groups of patients were improved,and the TCM group was better than the Western medicine group,indicating that the Bushen Huayu Decoction can regulate the blood hypercoagulability state and improve the intrauterine Membrane receptivity can improve adverse pregnancy outcomes.
