Objective: To investigate the mental health of students in a secondary vocational school in Guiyang,to treat the individual who meets the criteria of depression diagnosis,and to explore the effect of Internet-delivered cognitive behavior therapy(ICBT)on the adolescent depression patients.Methods: Investigated the mental health of students in a secondary vocational college in Guiyang,SCID was used to interviews individuals with depression tendency.Those who meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for depression are treated.They were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with sertraline.The study group was treated with ICBT combined with sertraline.HAMD-17 and HAMA were evaluated baseline period,4 weeks and 8 weeks.APGAR,GSES and SCSQ were assessed during baseline period treatment and 8 weeks.The efficacy of ICBT was evaluated according to the evaluation results.Results:(1)A total of 1621 questionnaires were sent out,and 1514 valid questionnaires were returned(the effective response rate was 93.3%).The results showed that 404 people(26.7%)had a total score of SCL-90 > 160,and 513 people(33.9%)had more than 43 positive items;The scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivity,phobia and other factors in SCL-90 of female students were higher than those of male students(P<0.01).843 people(55.7%)had a total SDS score of 41 or above.459 people participated in the SCID interview,and 88 of them met the diagnostic criteria of depressive disorder.(2)The control group(18 people,5 people shed at the end of 8 weeks)and the study group(19 people,4 people shed at the end of 8weeks).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD-17 in the study group and the control group were significantly decreased(F=78.24,P<0.01;F=60.83,P<0.01);There was significant difference in HAMD-17 score reduction rate between the two groups(t=3.74,P<0.01).After 8 weeks of treatment,HAMA scores of study group and control group were significantly decreased(F=31.55,P<0.01;F=34.19,P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the reduction rate of HAMA score between the study group and the control group(t=4.52,P<0.01).After 8 weeks,there was significant difference in APGAR score between the two groups(t=2.48,P<0.05).After 8 weeks,there was no significant difference in GSES reduction between the study group and the control group(t=1.89,P>0.05).At the end of the 8th week,the score of positive coping style in the study group was higher than that in the baseline period,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.01,P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the score of negative coping style between the study group and the baseline at the end of 8 weeks(t=0.03,P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of positive coping style and negative coping style between the two groups(t=0.44,P>0.05;t=-0.23,P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The level of mental health of students in a secondary vocational school in Guiyang is low,and the detection rate of depression is high.It is necessary to pay attention to strengthen mental health education and relieve students’ mental health problems.(2)ICBT combined with drugs can improve the depression and anxiety of adolescent patients with depressive disorder,which is better than drugs alone;ICBT can improve the family function and positive coping style of adolescent patients with depressive disorder.
