| ObjectiveCalcium is a relatively abundant element in the human body.Which participates in various life processes in the human body. The main component of human bones and teeth is calcium salt,so calcium is closely connected with human bones. In the human body, calcium deficiency can increase the possibility of various chronic diseases, such as osteoporosis, tumors, diabetesand so on.[1,2].In childhood, calcium deficiency will affect the health of children, causing many problems, the most common is nutritional rickets. Therefore,we must pay attention to the calcium nutritional status of infants and young children. This paper mainly discusses the causes of calcium deficiency of infants aged 0-12 months in Fuyang area,so as to scientifically and reasonably guide infants in Fuyang area to supplement calcium reasonably,so as to reduce the incidence of infantile rickets in Fuyang area to a certain extent.MethodsThis study will randomly select 200 clinical data from women and children routine physical examination institutions at all levels in Fuyang City.Professionals will fill out a questionnaire with the help of children’s family members, and ask about the child’s feeding methods, the length of outdoor activities, where to live, and whether there is any persistence.Or chronic diarrhea, etc.,measure weight, height, improve hemoglobin, bone density, etc.,and perform statistical analysis on the results of all clinical data to find out the causes of calcium deficiency in infants and young children.Results1.In Fuyang area, the incidence of calcium deficiency in infants aged 0-12 months has nothing to do with their sex, place of residence, length, weight and age.2.In Fuyang area, adding vitamin D to children aged 0-12 months can significantly reduce the incidence of calcium deficiency.3.In Fuyang, ensuring an average of 2 hours of outdoor activities per day can significantly reduce the incidence of calcium deficiency in infants;4.In Fuyang area, anemia can increase the incidence of calcium deficiency in children aged 0-12 months.Attention should be paid to correcting the causes of anemia in children with anemia;5.Breastfeeding can help babies absorb calcium from the intestinal tract and reduce the incidence of calcium deficiency.6.The addition of complementary foods is conducive to reducing the incidence of calcium deficiency in infants.7.Repeated respiratory tract or chronic diarrhea will affect the calcium absorption of infants aged 0-12 months in Fuyang and increase the incidence of calcium deficiency in infants.8.Irregular intake of vitamin D,short outdoor activities, inadequate supplementation of complementary foods, and anemia are all risk factors for calcium deficiency.ConclusionCalcium deficiency of infants aged 0-12 months in Fuyang has nothing to do with the baby’s gender, month age, weight, place of residence and other factors.Short outdoor activities, not breastfeeding, irregular vitamin D supplementation and other factors will increase the incidence of calcium deficiency,as well as the presence of anemia, chronic diarrhea, and repeated respiratory infections, will also increase the risk of calcium deficiency in children. |
