Clinical Observation Of Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder In Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome In Children Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective: Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder was used to treat primary nephrotic syndrome in children with deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the therapeutic effect was analyzed and evaluated,so as to find a new way and path for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children.Methods: A total of 60 children with primary nephrotic syndrome(deficiency of spleen and kidney type)in children aged 3 to 14 years were selected as the study subjects.The children were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with standard hormone therapy and conventional treatment,while the children in the experimental group were treated with modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder under the premise of standard hormone therapy and conventional treatment.After eight weeks of treatment,the changes of clinical manifestations and physical signs in the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was studied.Results: 1.Statistical analysis showed that the basic information of the two groups,including age,gender and disease grade assessment,had little difference and was comparable(P > 0.05).2.Total effective rate analysis: The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group in treating children with primary nephrotic syndrome(P < 0.05).3.Syndrome integral analysis: In terms of TCM syndrome scores,before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups,which was comparable.After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups.Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM main symptom,TCM secondary symptom and TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased,but the improvement was greater in the experimental group.Compared with the control group,the improvement of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was more obvious,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a significantly better effect in the quantitative reduction of urinary protein at 24 h,the improvement of plasma albumin level,and the optimization of triglyceride and total cholesterol levels,with statistical significance(P < 0.05 or 0.01).5.Comparison of adverse reactions: There was no significant difference in liver function between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Flavored angelica extract powder standard of testosterone in the treatment of children with primary nephrotic syndrome(spleen kidney both deficiency type)has obvious therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the patient’s urine protein,serum albumin,blood lipid levels,improvement the clinical signs and symptoms such as edema,has good curative effect and is superior to simple hormone therapy,and not found in the process of treatment of adverse reactions caused by taking Chinese traditional medicine.Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder is safe and effective in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children.
