Observation The Clinical Efficacy Of Modified Angelica And Peony Powder Plus Nanocrystal Microneedle In The Treatment Of Chloasma With The Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficienc

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Angelica and Peony Powder plus nanocrystal microneedle in the treatment of chloasma with the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and to evaluate the effects of modified Angelica and Peony Powder on chloasma through computer image analysis system(dermoscopy).Methods:In this study,40 chloasma patients with the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency were collected and randomly divided into two groups.For the 20 cases of the treatment group,modified Angelica and Peony Powder and nanocrystalline microneedle containing 5%tranexamic acid solution were given for external use.In the control group,20 patients were taken vitamin C and vitamin E orally,combined with external use of nanocrystalline microneedle containing 5%tranexamic acid solution.Skin lesions were observed and photos were taken before treatment,and 4th,8th and 12th weeks of the treatment respectively.The areas of the lesions in the forehead,right cheek,left cheek and mandible were all recorded,in order to evaluate the skin lesion subsidence rate through the MAS I score,as a therapeutic evaluation reference.Meanwhile,the same lesion area was observed by dermoscopy before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.The values of L*,a*and b*were recorded and ITA° value was calculated according to results.The therapeutic effect was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:1.40 chloasma patients met the requirements and completed the clinical study,including 20 in the treatment group and 20 in the control group.Before treatment,the age,course of disease and MAS I score of the first treatment in the two groups were compared respectively.The results showed no significant statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the general situation of the two groups was comparable.2.After treatment,the MASI score of the two groups was compared.There was no significant difference after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),while 8 weeks and 12 weeks later,it both showed significant difference(P<0.05).3.The Lab Chromaticity System was used for analysis of the two groups before and after treatment.According to results,there were significant differences in the values of L*,a*,b*and ITA° in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01).For the control group,the values of L*,b*and ITA° were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01),but no significant difference in a*value was found(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the changes of L*,a*,b*and ITA° values of skin lesion in the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.The total effective rates were 85.0%in the treatment group and 60.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy(P<0.05).In the course of this clinical study,no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion:The combination of modified Angelica and Peony Powder and nanocrystalline microneedle has a good curative effect on chloasma patients with the syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,and no obvious adverse reactions were found.It can be popularized as an effective method for chloasma.
