| Objective:To investigate the correlation between the changes of micro-albuminuria(MAU),lipoprotein-associated phospholipaseA2(LP-PLA 2)and the degree of coronary stenosis in patients with essential hypertension(EH)complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:From October 2017 to December 2018,166 patients with CHD confirmed by coronary angiography were selected from the Department of Cardiology of our hospital.Relevant case data of all patients were collected,including general conditions,smoking history,clinical symptoms,laboratory tests,including Lp-PLA2,hyper-sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),homocysteine(HCY),urease,etc.At the same time,patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease are divided into low group(<13 points)and high group(≥13 points)according to Gesini scoring method.The urine microalbumin,Lp-PLA2,hs-CRP,HCY levels between simple hypertension group,hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease low group and hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease high group are compared,and the correlation between coronary stenosis degree and various laboratory indexes is analyzed.Results:The levels of total cholesterol,LDL-C,HCY,MAU and Lp-PLA2 in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease in high group were significantly higher than those in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease in low group(p<0.05),while the levels of total cholesterol,LDL-C,HCY,MAU and Lp-PLA2 in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease in low group were significantly higher than those in patients with hypertension alone(p<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the correlation between Gesini score and MAU,Lp-PLA2 was significant(r=0.225,p<0.05;r=0.324,p<0.001)。Conclusion:Elevations of total cholesterol,LDL-C,HCY,MAU and Lp-PLA2 are correlated with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and are risk factors for hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.It can be used as a clinical index for hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. |
