with different characteristics by single factor analysis. The influencing factors of professional identity were analyzed by multiple stepwise linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis. The intervention program of Balint group combined with group psychological counseling was formulated through literature review and expert group discussion meeting, and the program was used to evaluate the professional identity of new nurses Finally, the score was analyzed and evaluated. From September to November in 2020,68 new nurses in tertiary general hospitals of xxx Province were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 34 in each group. The intervention group was intervened by Balint group combined with group psychological counseling.Balint group activities were used in one week, and group psychological counseling activities were used in two weeks,8-10 people in each group,once/60-90 min,once/1W,for a total of 10 weeks. The control group members participated in the training of relevant psychological courses in their own departments, but did not participate in this activity.Nurse Professional Identity Questionnaire(NPIQ)and Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PCQ)were used to evaluate the scores before and after the intervention. The scores of professional identity and psychological capital of the two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed by independent sample t-test,with P < 0.05 as the statistical significance, and the comparison of the basic data of the two groups was carried out by x2 test.Results:1.The analysis of the current situation showed that the total average score of professional identity of 341 new nurses was(3.12 ± 1.20),which was in the middle level.2.Taking the score of professional identity as the dependent variable, using the method of one-way ANOVA or t-test,the results showed that there were significant differences in the highest educational background, nursing age, professional title, average number of night shift, attitude of hospital nurses, reasons for choosing nursing major, influence of nurse patient relationship, and demand for psychological training courses(P <0.05).3.The results of pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of each dimension of psychological capital of new nurses were positively correlated with the scores of each dimension of professional identity(P<0.05).4.The results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis showed that the ability of psychological capital, the influence of doctor-patient relationship and the demand for psychological training courses were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The analysis results of Balint group activities combined with group psychological counseling after intervention showed that: before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of psychological capital between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the psychological capital ability of the two groups of new nurses included in this study was at the same level;after the intervention, there was significant difference in the scores of each dimension of psychological capital between the two groups After the intervention, the psychological capital level of new nurses in the intervention group was improved;before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of professional identity between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the scores of professional identity of new nurses in the two groups were at the same level;after the intervention, the professional identity of new nurses in the two groups were different The dimension score showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),It can be concluded that the professional identity of the new nurses in the intervention group has been improved.conclusion:1.the level of professional identity of new nurses is closely related to their psychological capital ability.Nursing managers should find out their personalities and commonalities according to various subjective and objective factors, and make the problems specific,so as to formulate suitable and targeted methods for improving the professional identity of new nurses.2.Balint group combined with group psychological counseling can have a positive intervention effect on the professional identity of new nurses. The scheme is feasible and easy to operate, which is worthy of further development and promotion.
