Based On The Research And Analysis Of Tiaopingguiyuan Method In The Treatment Of Spleen And Stomach Diseases And The Clinical Research Of Qingwei Jiangni Decoction In The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis(Hepatic Stagnation And Heat Type)

This article is divided into three parts.The first part summarizes the origin and connotation of the theory of leveling and returning to the source.The method of leveling and returning to the source is that Professor Li Xuejun excavated the articles related to the spleen and stomach recorded in the "Huang Di Nei Jing",combed and summarized the spleen and stomach physiology,pathology,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and treatment methods.The highly respected theory of spleen and stomach,under the guidance of Ma Jun,a well-known Chinese doctor in the country,combined with his nearly 30 years of clinical experience,through continuous improvement,creatively put forward the academic ideas for guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of various spleen and stomach diseases.Specifically,it is through adjustment of yin and yang,viscera,cold and heat,deficiency and excess,rise and fall,qi and blood,etc.,in order to achieve "a period of peace".Professor Li used the method of leveling and returning to the source,and created many self-made prescriptions for different types of spleen and stomach diseases,and used them flexibly according to the patient’s situation,which has high academic and clinical value.The second part describes the status quo of research on BRG in Chinese and Western medicine.The third part is the observation of the curative effect of self-made Qingwei Jiangni Recipe in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(Stagnation of Heat in the Liver and Stomach)under the guidance of the theory of Tiaoping Guiyuan.1 Method: Sixty BRG patients with liver-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with Qingwei Jiangni Decoction and the control group was treated with mosapride citrate.,Gastroscopic performance,etc.2 results:(1)Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group is quite different,respectively,93.33% and70.00%,P<0.05.(2)Comparison of individual TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment,and they were comparable;the scores of individual syndromes in the two groups decreased after treatment,P<0.05;The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the symptoms of epigastric burning,pain in both sides,upset and irritability,and good taxi,P<0.05;in terms of the symptoms of bitter mouth,dry mouth,and belching acid reflux,the two groups had the same effect(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes: There was no significant difference in the total scores of syndromes between the two groups before treatment,and they were comparable;the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,P<0.05;and the symptoms of the treatment group improved The situation is better,P<0.05.(4)Observation of curative effect under gastroscope:(1)Comparison of curative effect of bile reflux: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 63.33%,P<0.05.(2)Comparison of the efficacy of gastric mucosal inflammation: the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.00% and 63.33%,respectively.It can be seen that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving gastric mucosal inflammation.(5)Analysis of the total efficacy of the disease: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 86.67% and 60.00%,respectively,with significant differences.And the number of recovered and markedly effective people in the treatment group was more than that in the control group.(6)Safety evaluation: The two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period,and they were safe and reliable.3 Conclusion: Qingwei Jiangni Decoction is beneficial to the TCM symptoms of patients with bile reflux gastritis with stagnation of the liver and stomach,especially in the aspects of epigastric burning pain,swelling and pain in the two hypochondria,upset and irritability,and good taxi.Mosapride tablets have more advantages;it is also better than mosapride citrate in terms of reducing the degree of bile reflux and the degree of gastric mucosal damage.It has no obvious adverse reactions and has high safety.
