1 Objective Through the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and cli nical practice,the clinical curative effect of Qingwei Jiangni recipe on(BRG)patien ts with liver-stomach depression and heat-induced bile reflux gastritis was observ ed,and the effect on plasma motilin(MTL)was also observed.2 Methods This study was based on the clinical and inpatient patients of spleen and stomac h Department of Anhui province acupuncture and moxibustion hospital from Janu ary 2018 to October 2018.According to the included criteria,60 patients were sele cted to meet the requirements of the BRG liver and stomach heat type,and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,all 30 cases.Thetreatmen t group gave the tutor experience that Fangqing’s stomach drop was oral treatme nt for decoction,and the control group was given oral treatment with Mosapili cit rate tablets and omeprazole enterolysis capsules.Both groups of patientswere treat ed for two courses(4 weeks for one course).To observe the clinical efficacy of th e two groups of patients,the improvement of bile reflux and gastric mucosa da mage under endoscope,and the change of plasma motilin(MTL)values.3 Results(1)Comparison of clinical syndromes of TCM:(1)Comparison of curative effects o f TCM syndromes:in the treatment group,there were 8 cases of clinical cure,12 c ases of remarkable effect,8 cases of effective and 2 cases of ineffective;In the co ntrol group,there were 2 cases of clinical cure,7 cases of marked effect,13 cases of effective and 8 cases of ineffective.In the comparison of the total effective r ate between the treatment group and the control group,the total effective rate of thetreatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%,P<0.05.(2)Comparison of single TCM syndrome score: therewere significant differences between the two groups aftertreatment(P<0.05),and t here was no significant difference betweenthetwo groups(P<0.05).In the improve ment of symptoms such as epigastric burning pain,flank distension,irritability an d irritability,belching and anti-acid,bitterness of mouth and mouth,good rest and s o on,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the con trol group.P<0.05.(3)Comparison of total score of TCM syndrome:after comparison in the two groups,the total score of TCM syndrome after treatment in the two g roups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of TCM s yndrome in the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).In com parison between the two groups,the total score of TCM syndrome in the treatme nt group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the curative effect of gastroscopy:In the treatment group,there were 9 cases of clinical cure,11 cases of marked effect,7 cases of effective and 3 cases of ineffective.In the control group,there were 3 cases of clinical cure,6 c ases of marked effect,12 cases of effective and 9 cases of ineffective.In comparis on of the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group,t he total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.33%,P<0.05.(3)Comparison of plasma MTL:compared with the patients in the control group,th e plasma MTL levels of the patients after treatment were higher than those befor e treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups aftertreatmen t,the plasma MTL level inthe treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The patients in the treatment group and the control group were observed durin g the treatment,and there were no adverse reactions.4 conclusion Qingwei Jiangni prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of BRG patients with liver-stomach stagnation heat,improve the degree of bile reflux and gastric mucosal injury under endoscope,and also improve the level of MTL,which is worthy of clinical application. |
