| Objective: To explore the local and overall acupotomy treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),to compare the improvement of the symptoms and signs of the patients with the two treatment methods, and to explore the overall treatment of knee osteoarthritis through the mechanical level The feasibility of the treatment,by comparing with the treatment of local pain points, grasping the commonality, provides a reliable realistic basis for the firm needle knife treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: The random number table was used to group, and 60 KOA patients who met the standard were randomly divided into acupotomy group and acupotomy local treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were treated with acupotomy once a week for 3 weeks. After the treatment, the VAS scores,WOMAC scores and joint swelling scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared, and the treatment effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated at the same time. All data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.Results: 1.Evaluation of curative effect: After treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the total effective rates of the acupotomy group were 96.67% and 93.33% respectively;the total effective rates of the acupotomy local treatment group were 86.67% and 80.00%,respectively.The overall release of acupotomy is better than that of local acupotomy(P<0.05),and the difference is significant.2.Scoring evaluation:(1)VAS score: after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);the comparison between the groups was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the last 4weeks(P>0.05).(2)WOMAC score: After treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the comparison within and between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Joint swelling score: After treatment and 4 weeks after treatment, the improvement of joint swelling in the two groups was statistically significant within and between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The two acupotomy treatment methods are effective for the treatment of pain, swelling and movement in KOA patients, but the overall release of the acupotomy is more significant in improving the clinical symptoms of patients. This shows that the whole lysis treatment can be used as an exact treatment in the clinic. |
