| Objective:Evaluation of treatment effectiveness and accuracy of the diagnosis before treatment, rational patient selection and treatment programs to further improve the accuracy of the preoperative diagnosis of treatment made reasonably expected, treatment options, thereby enhancing the therapeutic effect.Methods:Collected in January2012to January2013patients admitted to our department meets the inclusion criteria and complete information patients completed follow-up. Sixty cases were randomly devided into an acupotomy therapy group (group A) and a conventional arthroscopic control group (group B),30cases in each one.
