Objectives:This study flavored filling yiqi decoction combined regimen in the treatment of qi deficiency type result method of constipation,and compared with western medicine lactulose contrast analysis,observe the traditional Chinese medicine and health achievement method in clinical curative effect in the treatment of qi deficiency type constipation,discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of the combined treatment of constipation these,for the clinical treatment and long-term management of constipation treatment experience.Methods:In this study,80 patients diagnosed with functional constipation were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Spleen-Gastro-Hepatobiliary Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to June 2020.A total of 80 patients with TCM syndrome differentiation met the syndrome of Qi deficiency and met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to 1:1 ratio.Before treatment,age,gender,course of disease,vital signs,auxiliary examination and other basic information were counted,and clinical symptom rating form was filled in.On the basis of reasonable diet,habit cultivation and regular life,the control group received western medicine lactulose orally.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with regimen for 6 weeks,and followed up 8 weeks later.The scores of constipation symptoms,systemic symptoms and PAC-QOL before and after treatment and follow-up were compared,and the efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 statistical software.Results:1.The total effective rate of the control group was 69.23%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.11%.Comparison of the effective rate between the two groups,P < 0.05,indicated that there was a significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups.2.The comparison of the scores of constipation symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups was P < 0.05,indicating that the two groups had a significant effect in improving defecation.The difference of the scores of constipation symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups was P < 0.05,indicating that although both groups could significantly improve constipation,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving constipation degree.3.The comparison of constipation symptom score,systemic symptom score,symptom total score and PAC-QOL score in the treatment group before and after treatment all showed P < 0.05,which indicated that the treatment group could not only promote defecation,but also alleviate the symptoms of systemic Qi deficiency,and improve the quality of life.The comparison of constipation symptom score,total symptom score and PAC-QOL score in the control group before and after treatment were all P < 0.05,and the comparison of systemic symptom score was P > 0.05,indicating that the control group could only promote defecation to improve the quality of life,but had no significant effect on the improvement of systemic Qi deficiency symptoms.4.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the feeling of endless defecation,abdominal distension and pain,fatigue after defecation,fatigue and shortness of breath,lethargy of limbs and lazy speech,and lack of food and inactivity;The two groups had the same efficacy in improving defecation frequency,defecation time,defecation difficulty and fecal characteristics.5.The comparison of constipation main symptom score,systemic symptom score,symptom total score and PAC-QOL score in the treatment group before treatment and during follow-up were all P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group plays a long-term role in promoting defecation,relieving symptoms of systemic Qi deficiency and improving quality of life.In the control group,the scores of constipation symptoms and symptoms before treatment and follow-up were P < 0.05,but there was not much difference from the scores before treatment.In the comparison of the scores of systemic symptoms and PAC-QOL,there was P > 0.05,indicating that the long-term efficacy of the control group in improving constipation and improving quality of life was not significant.6.During the follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 17.64%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 41.02%.The comparison of the recurrence rates between the two groups was P < 0.05,indicating that the long-term efficacy of the control group was inferior to the treatment group.7.Forty patients were included in the treatment group,of which 6 fell out due to poor compliance,with a completion rate of 85%;In the control group,40 people were included and 1 person was lost.The completion rate of the experiment was 97.5%,indicating that the audience of the experimental group was not as wide as that of the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of constipation with qi deficiency,the combination of jiawei buzhongyiqi decoction and the regimen has obvious advantages in promoting defecation,improving the symptoms of qi deficiency and improving the quality of life.It is safe and reliable,has no adverse reactions,and has a considerable long-term effect on constipation,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
