Clinical Efficacy Of Astragalus Decoction Treatment Of Functional Constipation (spleen And Stomach) Are

Objective:Through the clinical experiment trails on modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction in treating functional constipation with weak Syndrome of both stomach and Spleen, we observed the clinical curative effect.Methods: The60cases of patients who all accord with the functional constipation were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group has30cases, while the control group also has30cases. The general information and previous accumulated scores of symptoms between the two groups are basicly the same. By statistical processed, there is no significant difference of meaning between the two groups, so they can be comparabled. The treatment group uses modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction, while the control group uses Macrogol4000Powders. We Compare the clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results:(1) Short term effect:the total effect rate of the treatment group is93.33%and the total effect rate of the control group is83.3%, and the total curative effect between the two groups has statistial significance (P<0.05).(2) Stop taking the medication after three months to oberve the relapse ratethe of the treatment group is28.57%and the relapse ratet of the control group is66.67%, and the relapse ratet between the two groups has prominent difference (p<0.05). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the control group。(3) There is no adverse reaction between the treatment group and control group.Conclusion:The modified Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction in treating recurrent functional constipation with weak Syndrome of both stomach and Spleen has a remarkable curative effect. Through the statistical analysis of short term efficacy of in the treatment groupthan in control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower.
