| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on patients with insomnia, and to compare the clinical efficacy differences of acupuncture at different points("Shenmen+Baihui。Sishencong" and "Taiyuan+Baihui。Sishencong");and analyze The changes of event-related potential P300 and the difference in brain topography between the two groups after treatment;to illustrate that acupuncture Shenmen and acupuncture Taiyuan are relatively specific in the treatment of insomnia, and also provide a reference for further analysis of the effect of acupuncture on brain function. Methods: Thirty-three patients with insomnia were recruited, and they all signed an informed consent form before the start of the trial. The randomized grouping method was adopted. When qualified subjects were enrolled in the group, the subjects were given random numbers. The treatment group 1(Shenmen+Baihui,Sishencong)was 16 people, and the treatment group 2(Taiyuan+Baihui),Sishencong)is 17 people. After the subjects were enrolled, they were scored by PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index),SAS(Self-Rating Scale for Anxiety)and SDS(Self-Rating Scale for Depression)and P300 test.Use Event-Related Potentials(ERPs)technology, adopt the international standard 10-20 system 64-lead electrode cap,use the E-prime 2.0 stimulator produced by Neuroscan company and Scan4.5 software for data collection, and adopt the classic Oddball experimental paradigm, using visual stimulation, select 200 ms before stimulation and 600 ms after stimulation, select the measurement time window to be200-320 ms,and record the data. After the P300 collection before treatment and the scoring of each scale were completed, the two groups of patients were treated with acupuncture, once every other day, three times a week, for three consecutive weeks. After the whole treatment process is over,P300 test and scale scoring will be performed again.Results:(1)After acupuncture treatment, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)were all significantly decreased(P<0.01),but between the two groups The difference is not obvious(P>0.05).(2)The total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 100%,among which 0 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and0 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of treatment group 2 was 76.47%,among which 0 cases were cured. For example,5 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective;the total effective rate of treatment group 1was significantly higher than that of treatment group 2(P<0.01).(3)After treatment, compared between the two groups, the average amplitude of P300 in the treatment group 1 was lower than that in the treatment group 2(P<0.05),which indicated that there was a difference in the average amplitude change between the two groups;the incubation period was lower than that in the treatment group 2(P>0.05),No statistical significance;similarly, there are certain differences in brain topographic maps.Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture is effective in treating insomnia;(2)The total effective rate of acupuncture at Shenmen matching points is higher than that in the Taiyuan matching group;(3)The regulation of acupuncture on the brain may be related to the specificity of acupoints. |
