Study On The Literature Collation Of The Points Of Stomach Meridian Of Foot-yangming

Objective:To provide a basis for standardizing the indications of acupoints in foot-yangming and stomach meridian,and to lay a foundation for further establishing the relevant literature methodology by systematically tracing the main symptoms of acupoints in foot yangming and stomach meridian.Methods:Nine ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine representative in the history of acupuncture and moxibustion science and five te-xtbooks of modern acupuncture and moxibustion science were selected to search,collect and collate the relevant provisions on the main treatment of foot yangming stomach meridian acupoints.Results:The literature source of the main treatment of stomach acupoints in foot yangming was preliminarily completed and the symptoms of the main treatment of stomach acupoints were generally classified.Conclusion :First:The acupoints on the head of the foot yangming stomach meridian are mainly used for the treatment of the mouth,eyes,earsand nose and other head and facial facial diseases,which reflects thenear treatment function of the acupoints location and the main treatment.Compared with the main treatment diseases recorded in ancient books and literature,the modern acupuncture textbooks mostly ignore the remote treatment and systemic treatment function of the acupoints on the head and face.Second:Zuyangming stomach and chest acupoints are mainly used for the treatmentof lung,trachea,throat,breast and other chest and lung diseases.The stomach meridians from the lack of basin,under the milk incorporeal,reflects the meridian treatment role of meridians through,the main treatment.Third:Foot-Yangming stomach and abdomen acupoints are mainly used for the treatment of gastrointestinal,chest and lung,mental,urinary andgynecological diseases.Acupoints on the lower limbs are mainly used for the treatment of lumbar,knee,shin and other limb meridian diseases,which shows that the stomach meridian has the main therapeutic effect of treating the primary viscera and other viscera associated with the meridian.Fourth:There are differences between the current teaching materials ofacupuncture and moxibustion and the prescriptions of acupointson the stomach meridian recorded in ancient books.It is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:(one): The main efficacyof acupoints recorded in ancient literature is not mentioned in modern textbooks.(two):The primary efficacy of acupoints not recorded in ancient literature is clearly listed in modern textbooks.(three):The acupoints in modern textbooks are mainly treated with mixed Western medical names,which has the problem of non-standard expression.
