| "Difficulty in seeing a doctor" has always been an urgent medical status issue in my country’s medical and health industry.In order to further promote the balanced allocation of medical resources in the region,the medical association consisting of tertiary hospitals,secondary hospitals and community hospitals in a region is used to promote the vertical flow of medical resources,improve primary medical service capabilities,and establish a reasonable and orderly medical treatment order.The medical association involves two or even multiple hospitals of different levels.For the close medical association,it needs to face multiple subjects,span different management systems,and integrate the resources of all medical institutions in the medical consortium.Therefore,under the influence of various constraints,how to ensure that the close medical association project can be completed with high quality within the expected time has become particularly important.The research object in this article is the relocation of the Orthopedics Department of D Hospital to L Hospital to establish a close medical association.Review the entire process of the medical association project to find and analyze the reasons for the delay in the project schedule.For example,the concept of project management is relatively weak in the hospital,the project organization lacks scientific project management methods,the project members are mainly part-time,and the work efficiency is low,etc.In the face of the above problems,in order to better manage the project schedule and provide effective solutions for the project schedule management problems of the medical association,This article uses the theoretical knowledge of project management to decompose project tasks,assign responsibilities,determine the logical relationship of each task,estimate the duration of the task,determine the critical path,and make a scientific and reasonable preparation of the project schedule.In the face of the impact of human behavior factors and other uncertain factors on the project schedule,the text proposes the critical chain technology,compresses the time of various tasks,sets up buffers,uses the risk elasticity coefficient to calculate the buffer size,and formulates the buffer size Management measures and schedule control safeguard measures.Later,the progress management method based on the critical chain was applied to the medical association project of Hospital D and Hospital Z,so that the project was completed within the scheduled time and achieved good results.The conclusions and suggestions drawn through the research on the close medical association project can provide a scientific reference for the improvement of the progress management of other similar projects in the same industry,and it also provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the management of other major projects in the hospital to strengthen the hospital’s effective,standardized and scientific management of the project schedule. |
