| With the comprehensive coverage of the national health insurance policy and the drop of the ratio of patient’s expense,the uremic patients who could not afford the cost of dialysis treatment can get the opportunities of dialysis treatment in time and those who couldn’t get eough dialysis treatment,will get the right dialysis treatment.In case of short supply of public hospitals and high demands of patients,the independent blood purification center emerged as the times require.In order to win more market share of hemodialysis market quickly,the investment companies began to devote their efforts to establish and operate the blood purification center.Each investor concerned about how they can expend less money to run the dialysis center project efficiently and high quality.The project procurement management of the blood purification center is running through the whole preparation of the blood purification project.First,in this paper,we introduced the background of this research,and then we learned current research situation of project procurement management and earned value management at home and abroad.After the above,we analize d the current dialysis center project’s procuerment management,then we found the current procurement management of cost and schedule is unresonable.This is the point which we want to use earned value management to improve this situation and realize the goal of blood purification center procurement mangament.Then,the earned value model of the blood purification center project procurement management was introduced in detail,and the application of earned value management theory in the project procurement management was analyzed in detail through the real case.In order to make up for the deficiencies of earned value management theory,the application of earned value theory was supplemented by the way of combining the key path,and the revision of earned value was discussed.During the preparation period of WG blood purification center project,through the structuring of the earned value management model in the procurement management of blood purification center,combining the earned value management and project procurement management and embeding the key path method and revision of earned value,we had greatly improved the project procurement ma nagement.Through the research of the improvement method,we provides a case study with real datas for the application of the earned value model.We can improve the current procurement mangement work and predict the future of the project procurement costs and the progress of the trend through the earned value management,and this provides the decision-making basis for project decision makers and managers. |
