With the intensification of population aging and the changes in Chinese demographic structure,the population of 40-65 years old in China has reached 390 million in the current society.This age group is the physiological transition period when people turn from childbearing to old age.Among them,women are due to estrogen.The cliff-like decline of the level is different from the gentle decline of men.Women in perimenopausal period face much higher physical and mental health problems than men,which affects women’s life experience.The main symptoms are hot flashes,night sweats,osteoporosis,mood swings,Depression,sleep difficulty,pain during intercourse,vaginal atrophy,urinary system disease,cardiovascular disease,etc.In addition to physical and mental health problems,family problems and social problems follow.With the development of Internet technology,medical and health fields have been impacted by Internet technology,reshaping the traditional medical service model and providing systematic services for multiple participants.Compare the scope of perimenopausal syndrome and health management one by one,and introduce service touch points to build a service system.It is the right time to pay attention to the health management of women during the perimenopausal period.This topic is based on service contact points,taking perimenopausal health management as the entry point,establishing a three-dimensional service system,guiding users to deepen their understanding of perimenopausal related information,and assisting perimenopausal users in health management,so as to improve the physical and mental health of users the goal of.The research on perimenopausal health management service design based on service touch points is divided into the following four parts: First,the social,medical and design backgrounds are summarized.Explain the existing health management models in the market,explain the service design and related definitions and classifications of service contact points,clarify the necessity of service contact points to intervene in the health management of perimenopausal people,and summarize the service based on contact points The method of design.Secondly,conduct qualitative and quantitative research around the various dimensions of health management of perimenopausal users,analyze the current status of health management of perimenopausal users and user needs,and combine users and stakeholders to sort out product service system diagrams,and sort out Opportunities for target users to conduct health management.Third,build a user model on the basis of the aforementioned research,define the design direction and closed-loop scenarios,refine the key touch points in user behavior,conduct user satisfaction tests,conduct quantitative research on the key touch points,and draw effective conclusions.This is the basis for optimization and combing the behavior trajectory with stakeholders.Propose design strategies for health management products.Finally,with the aforementioned user analysis requirements as the cornerstone,the physical touch points and digital touch points are designed and practiced,the product framework is constructed,and the overall design practice and usability test from the interface prototype to the visual design are completed.Through theoretical research and practical operation,this article uses service touch points to introduce service design into the health management experience of perimenopausal users.It is a new attempt for new people in a new field.Sorted out the perimenopausal health management process and optimized,transformed,integrated and created contact points.Theoretically,a method of constructing service contact points for perimenopausal users in the health management process is proposed.In terms of practice,the design practice and verification of perimenopausal health management services have been completed,providing reference cases for such health management design and perimenopausal related health care methods.
