"Zero-touch" Public Health Emergency Medical Service Design Research

At present,COVID-19 is spreading all over the world.The virus is highly infectious and there is no effective vaccine,so we must control the transmission source and cut the transmission path in a very short time.In order to control this situation,China has adopted a "closed isolation" policy to reduce population contact and reduce the spread rate as well as scope of the virus.Although this policy is effective to control COVID-19,it also has an impact on people’s normal life.During this period,"zero contact" service mode came into being,and it has been widely used in various fields,especially in public emergency medical care.This paper is written in the period of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control isolation.Based on the actual situation of policy and the specific spread of the epidemic situation,using the method of service design to analyze the application design of "zero contact" in public health care and social public services.Through exploring the other possibilities of the service model in the emergency medical design of public health events and ultimately for the design of public health services.Providing new approach and development direction for public health care in service design.
