Deep Stab Yang Stitch Treatment Of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke Clinical Research

Objective:The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of deep stab Yang stitch in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke,and provide new clinical support for the acupuncture treatment of the disease,In order to provide a new safe and reliable method for acupuncture treatment of this disease.Methods:There was 70 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1 by random number table method.The two groups were given basic western medicine treatment such as antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,antiplatelet,anticoagulant and lipid regulating according to basic diseases,and routine acupuncture treatment for stroke recovery period.The observation group was treated with deep stab Yang stitch,on the contrary,the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.Once a day,6 times as a course of treatment,interval between courses of 1 day,total 4 courses.The American Geriatric Society urinary incontinence scale,24-hour urine pad test,B-ultrasound bladder volume and residual urine volume were used as the main clinical observation indexes,I-QOL and NIHSS were used as the secondary observation indexes,and used the nimodipine method developed by American Tomonori y as the efficacy evaluation standard.All patients were evaluated before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.General situation analysis: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,American Geriatric Society urinary incontinence scale,24-hour urine pad test,maximum bladder volume and residual urine volume,I-QOL,NIHSS(P>0.05).This shows that the two groups are comparable.2.Comprehensive curative effect judgment analysis: after the course of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 94.41% and the control group was 76.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Urinary incontinence scale: the scores of urinary incontinence in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),it is proved that both can improve the degree of urinary incontinence;There was a significant difference in the degree of score reduction between the two groups(P < 0.05),it is proved that deep stab Yang stitch is more effective in improving the degree of urinary incontinence after stroke.4.24-hour urine pad test: the 24-hour quantity of fluid loss of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01),the results showed that the quantity of fluid loss in 24 h could be reduced;The degree of reduction is very different(P < 0.05),which proved that deep stab Yang stitch could significantly reduce the24-hour urine leakage of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke.5.Maximum bladder volume and residual urine volume: after treatment,the maximum bladder volume increased and the residual urine volume decreased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),it is suggested that both of them can improve the bladder volume;The degree of increase and decrease was different between the two groups(P < 0.05),which proved that the deep stab Yang stitch method could significantly improve the bladder capacity of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke compared with conventional acupuncture.6.I-QOL score: the I-QOL scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P < 0.01),it is suggested that both of them can improve the behavioral,psychological and social barriers of patients with urinary incontinence after stroke;There was a significant difference in the degree of increase between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),it is proved that deep stab Yang stitch can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.7.NIHSS score: the NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),suggesting that both groups are conducive to shorten the recovery time of stroke patients;After treatment,the deep stab Yang stitch method group decreased significantly(P < 0.05),which proved that the deep stab Yang stitch method was more significant in shortening the recovery time.Conclusion: Through this clinical trial study,it was found that the deep stab Yang stitch in the treatment of post-stroke urinary incontinence has a significant clinical effect and is superior to other traditional acupuncture therapies.It can effectively reduce the frequency of UI,nocturia and reduce the degree of urinary frequency,improve the quality of life of patients,and is safe and reliable,easy to clinical operatio,It can effectively improve the quality of daily life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application..
