Objective1 To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes(types)in stable coronary heart disease, and provide reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of TCM.2 To study the correlation between TCM syndromes(types)and physical and chemical indexes such as electrocardiogram, echocardiography and blood lipid level in patients with stable coronary heart disease, and provide some objective basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and auxiliary classification diagnosis.Methods1 Study on Distribution Characteristics of TCM Syndromes(Types)in Patients with Stable Coronary Heart DiseaseIn western medicine diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the stability of the 201 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object, through the case investigation, the object of study on the induction and of traditional Chinese medicine, examining patients with stable coronary heart disease in TCM syndrome factor and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome types.2 Study on the Correlation Between TCM Syndromes(Types)and Physical and Chemical Indexes in Patients with Stable Coronary Heart DiseaseIn western medicine diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the stability of the 201 cases of coronary heart disease patients as the research object, through the case investigation, extract its height, weight, echocardiography, electrocardiogram(ecg),blood fat, venous blood glucose, thyroid function, total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, urea, creatinine, uric acid, and analyze the correlation between syndromes(types)and common physical and chemical indexes such as electrocardiogram and echocardiography.Results1 Study on Distribution Characteristics of TCM Syndromes(Types)in Patients with Stable Coronary Heart Disease(1)Distribution characteristics of syndrome elements: liver, heart, spleen, lung and kidney are involved in the five-viscera syndrome, the highest proportion of the two-visease syndrome, the lowest frequency of the five-visease syndrome.Single disease syndrome element is the most common in heart, spleen and kidney are the most rare;double disease syndrome element is the most common in heart and liver combination, followed by heart and spleen combination;three disease syndrome element is the highest in heart, liver and spleen combination;four disease syndrome element, heart, lung, liver and spleen combination is more;five disease syndrome element is the least in all diseases.(2)Distribution characteristics of disease syndromes: related TCM disease syndromes include qi deficiency,Yin deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm turbidity,qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and cold constipation. The most common solid syndrome was blood stasis, followed by phlegm turbidity.Deficiency syndrome of Qi is the most common syndrome,Yin deficiency is the second. The most common syndrome element of single disease syndrome element of deficiency was Yang deficiency, while the most common syndrome element of solid syndrome was phlegm turbidity. The combination of Qi deficiency and blood stasis accounted for the largest proportion, while the combination of Yang deficiency and phlegm turbidity accounted for the smallest proportion.Three syndrome elements accounted for the lowest proportion of syndrome elements,Qi deficiency + blood stasis + phlegm turbidity combination is more common.(3)Distribution characteristics of syndrome types: Eight syndrome types were involved.Patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were the most, while those with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome and heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were the least.Severe syndrome is mainly composed of mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis, moderate syndrome is mainly composed of Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and mild syndrome is mainly composed of Qi and Yin deficiency. At the same time,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can be combined with Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity;qi and Yin deficiency syndrome can be combined with blood stasis;phlegm and blood stasis syndrome can be combined with qi deficiency and Yin deficiency;Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome can be combined with phlegm turbidity. It suggests the importance of differentiating and treating Qi and activating blood circulation in clinic.2 Study on the Correlation Between TCM Syndromes(Types)and Physical and Chemical Indexes in Patients with Stable Coronary Heart Disease(1)Qi deficiency syndrome and various indexes: Patients with qi deficiency syndrome were positively correlated with age,and negatively correlated with LAD and RVEDD.The probability of identifying qi deficiency syndrome was 2.232 times as high as that of the original grade(P<0.05).LAD and RVEDD were 0.666 and 0.667 times higher than those of the original grade,respectively(P<0.05),and the prediction accuracy was 69.2%(P<0.05).It suggests that the older the patient is,the more likely it is to be identified as Qi deficiency syndrome. The larger the left atrial and right ventricular structures are,the less likely they are to be identified as qi deficiency syndrome.(2)Blood stasis syndrome and various indexes: This study did not clearly find the correlation between blood stasis syndrome and risk factors.(3)Turbidity syndrome and various indexes: There was a significant positive correlation between turbidity syndrome and LAD,and there was a positive correlation between LAD and RVEDD.The probability of turbidity syndrome of LAD and RVEDD was 1.584(P=0.008)and 1.542(P<0.05)times higher than that of the original grade, respectively, and the prediction accuracy was 73.1%.It suggested that the enlargement of the left atrial and right ventricular structure would increase the possibility of sputum turbidities.(4)Yin deficiency syndrome and various indexes: This study did not clearly find the correlation between Yin deficiency syndrome and risk factors.(5)Qi stagnation syndrome, yang deficiency syndrome and cold coagulation syndrome and various indexes: because of the small number of samples can not carry out binary logistic regression analysis,so this study does not explore its correlation with electrocardiogram, echocardiography, clinical common physical and chemical indicators.Conclusions1 The main pathologic syndromes of stable coronary heart disease are heart, liver and spleen.Heart is the most common syndromes in single disease position, heart + liver is the most common syndromes in double disease position, heart + spleen is the second. The combination of heart, liver and spleen accounted for the highest proportion of the three syndrome sites. There are many combinations of four disease sites: heart, lung, liver and spleen.2 The most common syndromes of stable coronary heart disease were Qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity. The combination of two-disease syndrome elements was the most, among which the combination of Qi deficiency + blood stasis accounted for the largest proportion. The combination of three-disease syndrome elements was the common combination of Qi deficiency + blood stasis + phlegm and turbidity. The most common solid syndrome element is blood stasis, followed by phlegm turbidity.Deficiency syndrome is the most common element of Qi deficiency, followed by Yin deficiency.3 Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the most common syndrome in patients with stable coronary heart disease. The syndrome of mutual obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis was better differentiated in clinic. At the same time,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can be combined with Yin deficiency and phlegm turbidity,qi and Yin deficiency syndrome can be combined with blood stasis, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome can be combined with qi deficiency and Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome can be combined with phlegm turbidity.4 The TCM syndromes(types)of stable coronary heart disease were correlated with related physiochemical indexes.Patients with Qi deficiency syndrome were positively correlated with age,and negatively correlated with LAD and RVEDD.It shows that the older the patient is,the more likely it is to be identified as Qi deficiency syndrome. The larger the left atrial and right ventricular structures are,the less likely they are to be identified as Qi deficiency syndrome. There was a significant positive correlation between turbidity syndrome and LAD,and there was a positive correlation between turbidity syndrome and RVEDD.It indicates that the enlargement of the left atrial and right ventricle structure increases the possibility of sputum turbidities.
