| Objective: To analyze the cognition,willingness and demand of nurses and community residents in Chongqing’s for "Internet + Nursing Service",and to explore the relevant factors that affect their willingness to participate,so as to provide references for the implementation of "Internet+ Nursing Service" in Chongqing.Methods: Self-made questionnaires were used.The random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 1,204 nurses and351 community residents in 12 secondary and tertiary hospitals and 5community health service centers in Chongqing.The content of the questionnaire includes: demographic characteristics,cognition of "Internet+ Nursing Service",willingness and demand situation,etc.The nurse questionnaire was randomly distributed to 12 hospitals through the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission in the form of an online questionnaire;the resident questionnaire was questioned and filled out at the 5 community health service centers in the main urban area by a uniformly trained investigator using a random encounter survey method.Using Excel to establish a database and double-entry quality control.Using SPSS22.0 software for data statistics and analysis.Statistical methods include: general descriptive statistical analysis,non-parametric rank sum test,chi-square test,and multiple logistic regression analysis.Results: Among the 1204 nurses surveyed,827(68.69%)knew "Internet + Nursing Service".Educational background and the level of the hospital are the main factors affecting the cognition of nursing staff.880(73.09%)expressed willingness to participate in the Internet plus nursing service."Health guidance","basic nursing" and "vital signs monitoring" are the most willing services for nurses.Monthly income,monthly average night shift,relationship with hospitals and the degree of understanding of "Internet + Nursing Service" have an impact on willingness to participate.599(46.43%)hoped to provide services in the daytime on the rest day;490(40.70%)most accepted the service radius of 1-2km;643(53.42%)hoped to arrive at the patient’s home within half an hour by car;most of the nursing staff thought that they needed to buy insurance(95.27%),two people in the service process(64.78%),pre service assessment(96.01%)and signed the consent of illness(96.26%),and took the medicine 76%)to ensure the safety of both sides.The study of the residents of the community found that only 9(2.56%)of the 351 community residents surveyed knew the "Internet + Nursing Service",and 61(17.38%)had heard about it,but did not know what it was.275(78.34%)would like to accept the "Internet + Nursing Service"."Health guidance","chronic disease case management" and "vital signs monitoring" are the most acceptable services for residents.Age,education level,family monthly income and chronic diseases have an impact on Residents’ willingness to accept.218 people(62.11%)could accept a single service price of less than 100 yuan,186 people(52.99%)thought the service time should be decided according to the specific condition,215 people(61.25%)wanted to make an appointment by calling the hospital,235 people(66.95%)thought it was necessary to include the cost of door-to-door service into medical insurance,and more than half of the residents wanted face recognition of nurses(51.28%),risk assessment(73.50%)Informed consent(71.22%)was signed to reduce the risk,while 231 people(65.81%)did not want the audio and video recording of the service process,because the patient’s privacy might be disclosed.Conclusion: Chongqing nurses have a high awareness rate of "Internet + Nursing Services",but there are differences in their cognition of specific content.The willingness of nurses to participate in "Internet +Nursing Services" is strong,but most nurses are only willing to provide some basic nursing services that are simple to operate and less risky.The number of night shifts per month,monthly income,relationship with the hospital,and understanding of "Internet + Nursing Services" are the main factors that affect nurses’ willingness to participate.Nurses’ demand for "Internet + Nursing Services" is mostly out of considerations and concerns about personal safety and medical risks.The awareness and awareness of "Internet + Nursing Services" among community residents are at a relatively low level.However,residents are more willing to accept "Internet + Nursing Services".Age,education level,monthly family income and chronic diseases are the main factors that affect residents’ willingness.Residents’ demand for "Internet + Nursing Services" is mostly out of considerations such as price,convenience and safety.Therefore,the publicity of "Internet + Nursing Services" should be increased,and the channels of publicity should be broadened to improve the cognition level of nurses and residents.On the premise of ensuring the personal safety of both parties,reasonably meet the diverse needs of nurses and residents,and increase the willingness of nurses and residents to participate.At the same time,improve relevant laws,regulations and rules,clarify the positive and negative lists of service items,strengthen management and supervision,standardize service behaviors,eliminate nurses and residents’ worries about the hidden dangers of "Internet + nursing services",and promote "Internet + Nursing Services" work Further promotion and development. |
