ObjectivesIn the context of “Internet Plus nursing services”,the survey aims to investigate the views of nurses from the hospital in Zhengzhou City on providing home nursing services,to figure out the relationship among nurses’ perceptions on it,willingness to and nursing risks in this context,and to discuss how different factors influence nurses when they are providing “Internet Plus nursing services”.MethodsThis study used the convenience sampling method by selecting1150 nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in 5 class 3A hospitals in Zhengzhou City,Henan Province from May 2020 to September2020 to conduct a questionnaire survey,and 1132 valid questionnaires were finally received.In the survey,the studying instruments included: a general information questionnaire,a service willingness questionnaire,and a risk factor questionnaire for home nursing services.The author firstly used literature review and Delphi expert correspondence to form the questionnaires,and then collected the results through the convenient sampling,and analyze and process the data via the SPSS22.0,a statistical software.Results1.Results of Expert ConsultationIn the two rounds of expert letter consultation,15 questionnaires were issued and 15 were recovered respectively,with effective recovery of 100%,a high rate indicating a good enthusiasm coefficient of experts.In the first round of expert consultation,15 experts gave their opinions,accounting for 100%.Meanwhile,in the second round,two experts delivered their opinions,accounting for 13%.The expert authority coefficient of this letter consultation is 7.3(≥0.7).2.Reliability Analysis Results of the QuestionnaireThis reliability analysis was evaluated using the Cronbach’s α reliability coefficient,which was used to measure the degree of internal consistency of the questionnaire items.By SPSS22.0,the α coefficient is 0.693,and the normalized α coefficient is 0.758.The validity analysis was tested using the KMO value,which was0.733.3.Socio-demographic Univariate Analysis of Specialist NursesIn this study,the age distribution of the respondents ranged from 20 to 58 years old,with an average age of(39.1±11.4)years old,taking the socio-demographic data of the respondents as the independent variable,while the results of the respondents’ knowledge of the policies related to “Internet Plus nursing services” as the dependent variable.The results of the univariate analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the degree of awareness of “Internet Plus nursing services” between the titles of the respondents(P < 0.05);marital status,children’s status,and whether or not they were specialist nurses had a statistically significant effect on the nurses’ willingness to provide services(P < 0.05).The results of further two-by-two comparison showed that the willingness to provide services between unmarried and married nurses was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Statistical Results of Nurses’ risking Factors for the Implementation of “Internet Plus nursing service”93.2% of the nurses were worried about whether there were corresponding laws and regulations and supporting management systems to protect nurses in case of disputes;90.37% of the nurses expressed concern about personal safety and security;77.47% of the nurses focused on professional legitimacy;68.73% of the nurses concentrated on not being able to control the caring quality in home nursing services.Conclusion1.there is a good reliability and validity on the self-administered questionnaire: The Survey on the Willingness and Risk of Home Nursing Service of Nurses in the context of Internet Plus Nursing Service.2.Nurses have an average understanding of the “Internet & nursing service” policy,but a poor understanding of the home nursing service platform.3.Nurses are optimistic about the development of “Internet Plus nursing service”,and generally believe that the service from the online appointed nurses can meet the health needs of the elderly and reflect the professional value of nurses.4.The prevention and control of risk and personal safety are the main concerns of nurses.Since the nursing work group is mainly the female,the safety and security of nurses is their main concern when they alone provide home nursing services for patients.5.The publicity of the policy related to “Internet Plus nursing service” should be strengthened for the nurses to increase their understanding of the operation and content of the pilot.
