The Clinical Research Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Of Perimenopause Syndrome Treated By The Prescription For Recuperating The Kidney And Warming Yang

Objective:Through observing the treatment effect of the kidney yang deficiency type of perimenopause syndrome treated by the prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang.The curative effect and mechanism of kidney yang deficiency type of perimenopause syndrome treated by the prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang were discussed separately.Methods: This experiment use the method of clinical research which follow their own comparison. in accordance with the inclusive criteria, 30 patients with kidney Yang deficiency type of perimenopausal syndrome were given prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang to oral, continuous treatment 3 months. During the kidney yang deficiency type of perimenopause syndrome treated by the prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang before and after, the TCM syndrome, endocrine hormone levels, the change of blood lipid and body mass index of patients were observedResults: Compared with before treatment, after treatment :(1)According to the curative effect of the clinical symptoms of patients, healing in 5 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective 13 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.34%.(2) The various clinical symptoms integral of patients reduced, p < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.(3)The total clinical symptoms integral of patients decreased, p < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.(4) The patient’s blood FSH levels dropped, p < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; Blood LH levels dropped, p > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference; Blood E2 levels rised, p > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.(5) The patient’s blood TG 、TC and LDL- C levels dropped, p < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant; Blood HDL – C levels elevated, p < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant;Conclusion:(1)The prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang can not only warm the stomach and strengthen the spleen, but also harmonic Yin and Yang.It had a significantly clinical efficacy in the treatment of kidney Yang deficiency type of perimenopausal syndrome and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms.(2) The prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang can elevated estrogen levels of patients obviously and ease the complications caused by low estrogen levels. It Can significantly reduce the blood FSH levels, but blood LH levels’ improvement was not obvious.(3) The prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang can significantly decrease blood lipid level to promote fat metabolism of the body.(4) The prescription for recuperating the kidney and warming yang can reduce weight...
