Study On The Characteristics Of Li Dongyuan’s Medication Based On "theory Of Spleen And Stomach"

Objective : The purpose of this research is to study Li Dongyuan’s "spleen and stomach theory" as the center,and to summarize the methods and rules of Li Dongyuan’s medication according to the time,such as "differentiation of internal and external injuries","spleen and stomach theory","Lanshi secret collection","huofa Jiyao","medical invention","Dongyuan experimental prescription",so as to provide reference for clinical application.Method: In this paper,the research methods of literature analysis,statistical analysis,induction and collation were applied to summarize,collate and categorize the agents in Li Dongyuan’s "differentiation of internal and external injuries","spleen and stomach theory","Lanshi secret collection","huofa Jiyao","medical invention",including the main treatment,formula composition,time and method of administration.And categorize and analyze the prescriptions which clearly indicate the characteristics of drug use at that time,and input them to the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Supporting Platform" for data analysis.To summarized its thoughts,methods and medication characteristics by exploring its flavor,meridian tropism,drug frequency and association rules.Results:On the whole,Li Dongyuan’s medication in time can be reflected in the choice of prescriptions due to four seasons,taking medication differently because of full moon and lack of month,and taking Chinese medicine at different times,and pay attention to plus and minus medication due to four different seasons,choicing drugs due to prescription position and meridian tropism.Li Dongyuan used the spleen medicine,thought that the vigorous spleen in four seasons were been able to resist against invasion of pathogen,and often used wind-expelling medicine to heatertening lucid yang,comply with the liver qi,and lucid yang to dissipate fire.For example,using more Chaihu to comply with shaoyang lucid qi in spring,using acrid and sweet durgs to lucid yang and dissipate fire in summer,suah as Shengma and Fangfeng;using wind-expelling medicine to help invigorate spleen medicine to remove wind and dampness in long summer,such as Qianghuo,Duhuo and Fangfeng;useing liver-soothing and qi-regulating medicine to pretent metal does liver and help spleen-stomach ascending and descending in autumn,such as Chaihu and Jupi;using dispelling-wind drug to help spleen in nourishing vital-qi in winter,such as Caodoukou and Gaoben.According to the taking mehod in selecting prescription based on the day-night and four seaaons,except for unspecified prescriptions,choice taking medician before bedtime in order to make the drugs enter the liver and kidney in spring.In order to prevent diet-induced thermogenesis,Li always choice taken medicine at a long interval before and after meals or on an empty stomach in summer.In order to prevent indigestion induced damp and heat and help efficacy enter limbs,Li always choice taken medicine on an empty stomach in long summer.In order to prevent cold and moistening dryness drugs from easy injury to stomach and spleen,Li choice to taken medician before meal to keep the medicine out of the stomach in autumn.To prevent the excess or deficiency of diet injury the vital-qi,Li choice taken medicine away from meal.In Li Dongyuan’ s medication method,he always using Ginseng-Ro asted Liquorice and Radix Bupleuri-Astragalus in spring;consider the San Huangwan as the best medician in summer and choice Notopterygiu m-Divaricate Saposhnikovia to communicate the exterior and interior;ch oice the Shengma-Roasted Liquorice and Radix Bupleuri-Radix Rehmanni ae in long summer;choice the Notopterygium-Divaricate Saposhnikovia and Orange Peel-Poria in autumn;choice the Astragalus-Angelica Sine nsis-Radix Bupleuri-Roasted Liquorice,Ephedrine-Astragalus and Alpinia Katsumadai-Astragalus-Radix Bupleuri in winter.In terms of prescription contraindications,propose the prohibition of time,meridian,disease and medician.According to the characteristics of the four seasons,choose the prescription for the weak spleen and stomach,such as Buzhong Yiqi tang in spring,Qingzao tang in summer,Qingshu Yiqi tang in long sum mer,Chufeng Shiqianghuo tang in autumn,Caodou Koutang in winter.
