Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Psoriasis With Sanfeng Kushen Decoction And Compound Huangbai Liquid

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sanfeng Kushen Decoction combined with compound Huangbaiy e lotion in the treatment of damp-heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris(reverse).Methods:Select 105 outpatients who meet the selection criteria,and divide the patients into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group according to the method of random number table.Each group contains 35 patients.A total of 97 cases were actually completed,of which 31 cases were treated with Sanfeng Kushen Decoction combined with compound Huangbai Liquid for external use;34 cases in treatment 2 groups were administered with Sanfeng Kushen Decoction;3 2 cases in control group were treated Ringworm Kashif pills are taken orally.The patient’s obj ecti ve and subjective indicators were recorded on the 0th day,7±2 days,14±2 days,21±2 days,and 28±2 days of treatment,and the patient’s serum IL-Record at 23 levels.Results:1.After the treatment,the PA SI scores and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the results were obtained by comparison between the groups:the PASI scores and TCM syndromes of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 The degree of score improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2(P<0.05).2.After the treatment,the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group 1 was 8 7.10%,the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group 2 was 79.41%,and the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the control group was 71.88%.And test,there is a significant difference in the total effective rate of clinical symptom improvement among the three groups of patients(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,the serum IL-23 levels of the three groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and Treatment group 1 was better than treatment group 2(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The combination of Sanfeng Kushen Decoction and compound Huangbai liquid paint in the treatment of vulgaris(reverse)psoriasis damp-heat syndrome can effectively improve the patient’s PASI score and TCM syndrome score.2.Sanfeng Kushen Decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid paint can reduce the level of IL-23 in serum.3.Sanfeng Kushen Decoction combined with compound Huangbai liquid paint is a safe and effective method to treat vulgaris(reverse)psoriasis with damp-heat syndrome.
