Clinical Study On Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Dampness Heat Stasis Type Based On Latent Evils Theory

Objective:In this study,the patients with sequelae of dampness-heat stasis type pelvic inflammatory disease were treated with Han’s Fuyan Decoction,and the clinical efficacy of Han’s Fuyan Decoction was discussed based on the theory of latent evils in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide effective prescriptions and diagnosis and treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of sequelae of dampness-heat stasis type pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020,40 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat stasis type were collected from the gynecological clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.After 4 weeks of treatment with Han’s Fuyan decoction,the changes of VAS score,TCM symptom score,local sign score,vaginal secretion cleanliness,pelvic effusion and inflammatory mass under ultrasound monitoring were observed before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by spss21.0.Results:According to the statistics,the total effective rate of Han’s Fuyan Decoction in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat stasis type was 87.5%.There were significant differences in VAS score,TCM symptom score,local sign score,vaginal secretion cleanliness,pelvic effusion and pelvic inflammatory mass before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that Han’s Fuyan decoction can significantly improve the systemic symptoms and inflammatory signs of damp heat stasis type SPID.The shorter the course of disease,the better the curative effect.Conclusion:1.Tutor Professor Han Yanhua inherits the theory of latent evils,expands the universality of it,innovatively uses it in TCM gynecology to guide syndrome differentiation SPID,and the curative effect is clear,provides a new diagnosis and treatment idea for this disease.2.Han’s Fuyan decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of damp heat stasis type SPID,and has obvious advantages in improving TCM symptoms and local signs,relieving pain,improving the cleanliness of vaginal secretion,reducing pelvic effusion and inflammatory mass.It provides an effective prescription for the treatment of this disease and worthy wide spreading.
