Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyanling Decoction in the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and stasis type, and to explore the possible mechanism of the treatment of this disease,so as to provide the laboratory basis for the clinical application of this prescription.Method:from March 2019 to November 2019,72 patients with the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and blood stasis type were randomly divided into two groups,36 in the observation group and 36 in the control group. The observation group took Fuyanling Decoction and the control group took Qingre tiaoxiang decoction,15 days as a course,3 courses in total, and the drug was stopped during the menstrual period. Both groups began to take medicine 3-5 days after menstruation, and stopped taking medicine during menstruation. The clinical effect was evaluated by observing the TCM syndrome integral,TCM physical sign integral, total integral, serum index and condition change of the two groups before and after treatment. The difference between the two groups was compared and analyzed by spss22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Baseline comparison: there was no significant difference in age, course and condition between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)Score comparison: there was no significant difference in syndrome score, physical sign score and total score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable. After treatment, the syndrome score, physical sign score and total score of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups of drugs can significantly improve the syndrome score, physical sign score and total score of the patients. After treatment, the syndrome score, physical sign score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of curative effect: the curative effect of syndrome, physical signs and comprehensive curative effect of the observation group were 97.14%,91.43% and 94.29%respectively,and those of the control group were 74.14%,68.57% and 85.71% respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups in the curative effect of syndrome, physical signs and the total curative effect(P < 0.05).It was clear that the curative effect of syndrome and physical signs of the observation group was significant. The total effect was better than that of the control group.(4)Comparison of serum IL-2: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment, the level of serum IL-2 in the two groups increased significantly, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the level of serum IL-2 in both groups could be increased. After treatment, the value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison of serum TNF-α: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The serum TNF-α level of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the two groups of drugs can reduce the serum TNF-α level. After treatment, the value of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Fuyanling decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp heat and stasis type.(2)Fuyanling decoction can significantly increase the level of serum IL-2 and significantly reduce the level of serum TNF-α.It is speculated that the mechanism of its treatment of this disease is related to its regulation of body immunity and enhancement of anti infection function.
