Clinical Research On Self-Made Dehumidification Lotion With Jiedu Powder In The Treatment Of Infantile Eczema (Damp-Heat Accumulation Skin Type)

Objective: To observe the improvement of TCM syndromes of infantile eczema(damp-heat accumulation skin type)with self-made dehumidification lotion,and analyze the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made dehumidification lotion in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp-heat accumulation skin type).Methods: Sixty children with eczema(damp-heat accumulation skin type)who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each by random grouping.The experimental group: self-made dehumidification lotion wet compress and Jiedu powder for oral administration;the control group:dehumidification antipruritic lotion for external use and Jiedu powder for oral administration.Patients in both groups were treated for 2 consecutive weeks and followed up for 1 month after the end.The two groups of children were scored on gender,month age,disease course,target skin lesion degree,body skin lesion area,pruritus degree and TCM syndromes,and SPSS26.0 software was used to analyze and process the score data.Results:1.Baseline comparison: Comparison of the gender,month age,course of disease and various scores before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.Evaluation of disease efficacy: The total effective rate of disease in the experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 90%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).3.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total effective rates of TCM syndromes in the two groups were 96.67% and 86.67%,respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of improving the degree of target skin lesions,the experimental group is better than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);in reducing the area of the body skin lesions,the experimental group is better than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);In terms of alleviating the degree of itching,the experimental group is better than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);in terms of concurrent symptoms,the two groups have no significant differences(P>0.05).4.Long-term curative effect: After follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 4%,and the control group was 27.27%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The self-made dehumidification lotion has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp-heat accumulation skin type),which can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of children,and is better than the control group2.The self-made dehumidification lotion has no obvious adverse effects in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp-heat accumulation skin type),which is worthy of clinical promotion.3.The self-made dehumidification lotion can reduce the recurrence rate of infantile eczema(damp-heat accumulation skin type).
