Clinical Observation Of Qingre Liangxue Dehumidification Prescription In The Treatment Of SubacuteEczema Of Damp-heat Type

Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of Zhao Xueyi’s empirical formula(Qingre Liangxue dehumidification formula)in the treatment of subacute eczema of eczema.Methods:In this study,80 patients with subacute eczema of damp heat type were selected from the dermatology clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table:treatment group(40 cases),control group(40 cases).Treatment group(40 cases)was treated with internal heat clearing and cooling blood dehumidification formula combined with external application of denatured cream,and control group(40 cases)was only treated with external application of denatured cream.After one month of treatment,the symptom scores were compared.During the treatment,the patients were asked to eat light food,avoid spicy food,record the efficacy scores and adverse reactions.Spss25.0 statistical software was used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,and analyze the efficacy of Qingre Liangxue dehumidification formula.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and scores of symptoms between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).2.The scores of pruritus,symptoms,easi and lesion area in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of the two groups:the total effective rate of the two groups was 90%.The total effective rate of the control group was 70%,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Single symptom score:the difference of single symptom between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05),the score of skin area is greater than 0.05,it shows that each single symptom can be relieved in different degrees after treatment.5.Safety observation:during the whole treatment period,there were no adverse reactions and drug side effects.Conclusion:Qingre Liangxue dehumidification formula is effective and safe in the treatment of subacute eczema.
