| Objective:By observing the improvement of the clinical efficacy of pain-relieving lotion for patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids(damp-heat betting type),we can explore the therapeutic effect of this therapy.Methods:The experiment selected 60 patients with hemorrhoids who came to the outpatient department(Anorectal Department)of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to January 2021 and divided them into2 groups,namely the treatment group.The treatment group and the control group are potassium permanganate group,with 30 patients in each group.In the treatment group,pain-relieving lotion(composed of fourteen medicines such as frankincense,myrrh,white fresh peel,and borneol)was treated with fumigation and sitz bath treatment.After 7 days,they went to the anorectal clinic for free review of anoscopy and took pictures of external hemorrhoids.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate for fumigation,washing and sitz bathing.Seven days later,they went to the anorectal clinic for free review of anoscopy and took pictures of external hemorrhoids.The two groups of patients were scored and counted on the efficacy indicators before and after treatment.Results:1.After 7 days of treatment in the two experimental groups,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.3%.After statistical analysis of the data,it can be seen that the total effective rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups of data is statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all individual points and total points of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the two groups before treatment.The difference was significant,indicating that the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,the individual points and total points of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant,indicating statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analgesic lotion has a therapeutic effect on inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat betting type.Analgesic lotion is safe and effective in treating damp-heat inflammatory external hemorrhoids,and the overall curative effect is better than that of the control group;it is worthy of in-depth study and promotion. |
