Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Hand Eczema By Using Wushe Runzao Decoction Based On Treating Dryness

Objective:Based on the treatment of dryness,the clinical efficacy of Wushe Runzao Decoction in the treatment of chronic hand eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness is discussed.Methods:In this study,72 patients with chronic hand eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wushe Runzao Decoction and external Vaseline,while the control group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsule and external Vaseline.2 weeks is a course of treatment,2 consecutive courses of treatment,4 weeks in total.During the observation,there was a total of 1 case of falling off,including 1 case in the treatment group and no case in the control group.By observing and recording the patients’ hand eczema severity index(HECSI)score and pruritus degree score before treatment,14 days after treatment and 28 days after treatment,and evaluating the patients’ quality of life before and after treatment with dermatosis quality of life index(DLQI)scale,the above records,statistical data and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of Wushe Runzao Decoction in the treatment of chronic hand dampness of blood deficiency and wind dryness type were summarized Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of herpes zoster.Results:1.On the 28th day of treatment,the HECSI score and pruritus score of the two groups were significantly improved.The improvement of HECSI score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of pruritus score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.001),and the skin lesion score of each symptom in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.On the 28th day of treatment,the DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,5 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 88.57%;2 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective in the control group,the total effective rate was 69.44%,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wushe Runzao decoction can effectively improve the HECSI score,pruritus degree score and quality of life score of patients with chronic hand eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type)before and after treatment.2.The clinical effect of Wushe Runzao Decoction on chronic hand eczema is better than Runzao Zhiyang Capsule.3.Wushe Runzao decoction is a safe and effective method to treat chronic hand eczema.
