Effect Of Yangxin Tongluo Decoction On Stable Angina Pectoris Of Heart Collateral-stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yangxin Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with heart collateral stasis,and to provide evidence for clinical application.Methods: Patients who visited the outpatient department of Professor Zhou Yabin in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were screened.104 patients with heart collateral stasis type stable angina pectoris who met the inclusion criteria for more than one week of consultations were collected.The frequency of visits,clinical syndrome addition and subtractions of patients during the period were observed and recorded.For patients with a diagnosis and treatment cycle of 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 weeks,the efficacy and total score of TCM syndromes,angina pectoris symptoms,single symptom efficacy of TCM and nitroglycerin cessation rate indexes were evaluated on the basis of the first diagnosis and treatment period and each treatment cycle.Results SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangxin Tongluo prescription.Results:1.Yangxin Tongluo Formula has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with heart and collaterals stasis,and the efficacy evaluation results show that the total effective rate of patients with a long diagnosis and treatment cycle is higher than that of patients with a short diagnosis and treatment cycle;After the diagnosis and treatment period of 6 weeks,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy,angina pectoris symptom efficacy and nitroglycerin cessation rate all reached 92.45%.2.With the exception of body obesity,all the single symptoms of TCM were effective with the extension of treatment cycle.After 4 weeks of treatment,the results of each symptom were significantly different from those at the first diagnosis(P<0.01).3.There were significant differences in the total scores of TCM syndromes and angina pectoris symptoms in each treatment period compared with those before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: Modification and reduction of Yangxin Tongluo prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of heart and collateral-stasis type,effectively reduce TCM syndrome and angina pectoris symptom score,reduce the use of nitroglycerin,and has a trend of better efficacy with the increase of diagnosis and treatment times.
