Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease (Combined With Phlegm And Blood Stasis) And Insomnia With Self-Formulated Huatan Jiedu Tongluo Formula

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical effect of "expectorant detoxification and collaterals dredging prescription" on stable angina pectoris with insomnia.Objective evaluation of its effectiveness and safety,as well as changes in the efficacy of Huatan Jiedu Tongluo Formula on angina pectoris,the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale,the improvement of ECG,and the improvement of quality of life.This study will provide a practical treatment plan and theoretical basis for the clinical application of Huatan Jiedu Tongluo Formula in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis type)with insomnia.Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and met the criteria for inclusion were divided into two groups(randomized control)with 36 cases each.The control group was treated according to conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was supplemented with phlegm and detoxification on this basis.The course of treatment is set at 4 weeks.Monitor the efficacy of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome assessment,Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,electrocardiogram,Seattle angina survival scale,and analyze the results,and pay attention to observing the patient’s blood biochemical indicators to ensure patient safety.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and evaluate the efficacy and safety of phlegm and detoxification formula.Results:1.Therapeutic effect on angina pectoris: after treatment,angina pectoris(frequency,time and degree)in the two groups was improved compared with that in the previous group.The results were as follows: P< 0.05,the effect of treatment group was superior to that of control.2.The treatment effects of the different TCM symptoms were compared and found to be better in the treatment group than in the control group at P<0.05.3.The effect of insomnia was observed: the PSQI scores decreased in both groups and the results showed that: P<0.05.Treatment group is superior to control group.4.For ECG improvement: comparing before and after treatment,we found that:p<0.05.Treatment group is superior to control group.5.Quality of life efficacy observation:(1)Observation on the efficacy of physical activity restriction(PL)in SAQ dimension:Intragroup: PL score of both groups increased(the higher the score,the better);P<0.05,have a marked difference Intergroup: After treatment,there was a significant difference of P > 0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group.(2)SAQ dimension stability of central colic(AS)efficacy observation:Group: The AS score of the two groups was higher(the higher the score,the better),P< 0.05,and the difference was significant.Intergroup: There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the therapeutic group was superior to the control.(3)SAQ dimension central colic attack(AF)efficacy observation:Intragroup: AF score of both groups increased(the higher the score,the better);P<0.05,and the difference was significant.Intergroup: There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the therapeutic group was superior to the control.(4)Treatment satisfaction(TS)in SAQ dimension:Intragroup: Ts score of both groups increased(the higher the score,the better);P<0.05,and the difference was significant.The two groups were divided into two groups: P> 0.05,which showed that the therapeutic effect of treatment group was similar to that of the control group.(5)Efficacy observation of disease awareness(DS)in SAQ dimension:Intragroup: DS score of both groups increased(the higher the score,the better);P<0.05,and the difference was significant.After treatment,P> 0.05 between the two groups,which showed that the therapeutic effect was similar to that of the control group.6.Safety evaluation: During the dosing process,there was no significant change in the safety performance indicators of patients in both groups before and after dosing;the dosing was at a safe level in both groups without any allergic or side effects..Conclusion:Huatan jiedu Tongluo recipe canimprovement of clinical symptoms and related indicators in stable angina pectoris(phlegm and blood stasis)complicated with insomnia,and it is safe and effective,which is worthy of further exploration.
