| Objective:The purpose of this paper is to observe the clinical effect of Huotan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris combined with dyslipidemia of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and further explore the impact on the symptoms of TCM and the quality of life of patients,and analyze the mechanism of action,so as to provide some new ideas and new insights for the future treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome with dyslipidemia.Method:This study adopted the control and research method of random grouping.All the cases in this study were collected from December 2019 to December 2020 in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 72 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome with dyslipidemia(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)were selected.The age was between 18 and 80 years old,and there was no gender requirement.Random digital coding was used for random grouping.Due to the small sample size of this study,the double-blind research method was not used.Therefore,the patients are divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,with 36 patients in each group.All patients were treated with western medicine standardized treatment(aspirin,Lipitor,metoprolol,ramipril,etc.),the experimental group was treated with western medicine standardized treatment and Huotan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction(Decoct with water to obtain 300 ml of juice,150 ml each time,taken orally twice a day),and the control group was treated with western medicine standardized treatment.At the same time,the corresponding drugs were given according to the patients’ own complications.The course of treatment was 8 weeks in total.After that,the scores of TCM symptoms,Seattle Angina Scale,blood lipid efficacy and Duke treadmill score before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed by using X2 test and t test.Results:Before the clinical study,the basic conditions such as gender,age,BMI,course of disease and risk factors were compared between the two groups.The results showed that there was no statistical difference,but it was comparable(p>0.05).After treatment,the SAQ scores of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the angina effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in terms of physical activity limitation,stable state of angina pectoris,attack frequency of angina pectoris,disease awareness and treatment satisfaction(P<0.05),which proved that there was statistical significance between the two groups.As for the Duke score of exercise treadmill,the score and risk stratification of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was statistical significance between the two groups.TCM syndrome score:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Therapeutic effect of blood lipid:According to the statistical results,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.7%,while that of the control group was 72.2%,indicating that the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The effect of reducing TC,TG and LDL-C in patients in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase of HDL-C in the experimental group was also significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Deng Yue grasped the core of stable angina pectoris complicated with dyslipidemia in the treatment of coronary heart disease,starting with phlegm and blood stasis,giving priority to general treatment,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis,and treating this disease with Jiedu Tongluo Decoction,which has obvious curative effect in clinical treatment.Huotan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction has obvious clinical effect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome with dyslipidemia,and the patients have no adverse reactions.Huotan Jiedu Tongluo Decoction has obviously improved the symptoms of TCM and the quality of life of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome with dyslipidemia,and has the advantages of good effect and few side effects in clinical application,which is worthy of clinical application. |
