Clinical Observation Of Modified Shengmai San Combined With Entresto In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of modified Shengmai San Combined with Entresto in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:The subjects were from the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine From January,2020 to December,2020,the patients were treated first and then.According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group has 30 people.The control group was given Entresto,and the treatment group was given Entresto and modified Shengmai San.The specific drug use and drug dose were increased or decreased with the clinical symptoms.The Chinese herbal pieces were provided by the pharmacy of our hospital and decocted by the decocting room,150 ml each time,twice a day.The clinical efficacy and data of the subjects were recorded,The changes of TCM symptom score,blood pressure,NT-pro BNP,administration of Entresto and cardiac function classification were analyzed by spss24.0.Results:1.TCM syndrome integrals: Before treatment,the TCM syndrome integrals of the two groups have a comparability,P>0.05;after treatment,it was lower than before,which the difference was evidently,P<0.05.In addition,in the aspect of TCM single syndrome integral,after treatment,it has been improved,but the treatment group has more advantaged than the control group,especially in the aspects of spontaneous sweating,night sweating and tongue coating.2.Cardiac function: The cardiac function of the two groups was improved.And the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.3.NT-pro BNP: the NT-pro BNP Both decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group.4.Blood pressure: compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant in one week,but the opposite in two weeks.5.There was significant difference in the dosage of Entresto between the two groups.6.After treatment,the adverse reactions of the two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.modified Shengmai San Combined with Entresto can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score of patients,which is better than western medicine alone,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Modified Shengmai San Combined with Entresto can improve the heart function and reduce the level of NT-pro BNP in patients with chronic heart failure.3.Modified Shengmai San Combined with Entresto can make the patients in chronic heart failure to gradually increase the dose of Entresto to the target dose or the maximum tolerated dose,and provide the basis for improving the long-term prognosis of patients with heart failure.
