| OBJECTIVE:By studying the clinical characteristics of uterine cavity space-occupying lesions in perimenopausal women, and the pathological types, analysis of the phase characteristics of female uterus benign or malignant lesions and risk factors.More specification to guide the clinical treatment of benign lesions;More timely and accurately found malignant lesions, provide effective personalized health care services for patients.METHOD:Choose between January 2015 and January 2020,in northern hebei institute of the first affiliated hospital,607 cases of Yin super(transvaginal ultrasound,TVUS)of uterine cavity placeholder perimenopausal women’s prompt clinical and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed.Using SPSS 25.0 software for statistical analysis.Normal distribution data using t test;Non-normal distribution data with rank and inspection.Count data by chi-square test.Istic regression analysis is used to assess independent risk factors for malignant groups. When P < 0.05,all differences have statistical significance.RESULT:1.The median age of the 607 patients was 47 years.Postoperative pathology indicated 92.42%(561/607)of benign lesions(benign group)and 7.58%(46/607)of malignant lesions(cancerous group).2.In perimenopausal women, the most common lesions were benign lesions, followed by endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, and endometrial functional changes.3.The differences in Abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)and Abnormal vaginal discharge(including bleeding time and volume)between the benign group and the cancerous group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Benign group and canceration, abdominal pain symptoms, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).4.The benign group and the comparison between cancerous way, blood pressure(including level 1,level 2 high blood pressure),Type 2 diabetes(type 2 diabetes,T2D)(including good blood glucose control and poor control of blood sugar),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.The benign group and the comparison between cancerous way, childless, family history of cancer, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Age,AUB,abnormal vaginal discharge, and high blood pressure is the independent risk factors for cancer group.CONCLUSION:1.In perimenopausal women, most of the space occupying lesions are benign lesions, and the most common lesions are endometrial polyps, uterine submucosal fibroids, and endometrial polypoid hyperplasia in order.2.AUB,vaginal drainage,hypertension,T2D,nonfertility,age ≥50 years, age of menarche > 14 years, and family history of cancer are risk factors for perimenopausal women to suffer from malignant intrauterine lesions.3.Age,AUB,vaginal drainage and hypertension were independent risk factors in the malignant disease group. |
