In order to alleviate the problem of uneven distribution of medical resources in China and improve the prevention and treatment of liver tumors in rural areas and remote areas, this thesis combines the application trend of telemedicine in oncology and proposes the combination of telemedicine and microwave ablation technology, aiming to develop A set of remote diagnosis and treatment system for liver tumors, and research on the prediction and path planning of microwave tumor ablation temperature field of liver tumors to achieve remote diagnosis and auxiliary treatment of liver tumors, the main work content and research results are as follows:First, based on the actual needs analysis of the remote diagnosis and treatment of liver tumors, the technical requirements for the realization of the remote diagnosis and treatment system for liver tumors were determined, including the research of microwave ablation technology and the development of remote consultation systems, and the development of microwave ablation heat field distribution simulation technology and remote diagnosis and treatment systems. The implementation technology has been preliminarily studied.Secondly, complete the temperature field distribution prediction and path planning of liver tumor microwave ablation tissue.First, the geometric model of the water-cooled ablation needle is established, and the temperature-dependent characteristics of tissue thermal properties parameters are applied to the calculation model. The finite element method is used to calculate the numerical model to obtain the prediction model of the tissue temperature field distribution;use medical image processing software in accordance with strict constraints Conditionally complete the marking of the feasible region of the ablation needle trajectory on the skin surface, and then abstract the soft constraint optimization of the ablation needle trajectory into decision-making and numerical optimization models, and use the Nelder-Mead numerical optimization method to obtain the optimal trajectory under the initial feasible region. Then, the development of a remote diagnosis and treatment system for liver tumors was completed.According to the liver tumor diagnosis and treatment business process, system requirements analysis was carried out, including functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis. The modules of the system were determined: medical record management, consultation management, and system management;the system hierarchy and functional module structure were designed according to the needs analysis And the database is designed according to the ER diagram,in which the system consultation management function module includes the microwave ablation treatment planning sub-module;the system development environment is built to complete the development and realization of each module of the system. Finally, complete the experiment of remote diagnosis and treatment and microwave ablation system.Test the diagnosis and treatment system according to the business process ideas and functional requirements, and analyze the test results;verify the accuracy of the microwave ablation simulation model,by setting the heat measurement parameters and solving, draw the two-dimensional temperature field distribution map of the organization and export the data The volume parameters of the temperature field distribution area were obtained and compared with the measured data of the isolated pig liver tissue reference experiment to verify that the simulation model accuracy was within the experimental measurement error.
