It mainly includes remote diagnosis, remote diagnosis and nursing remote education, remote medical information service, and other activities. At present, remote medical technology has been from the early television monitoring, telephone remote diagnosis can evolve to use high-speed networks to integrated transmission of digital voice, image has realized the real-time voice, high-definition image communication, the application of modern medical science provides a wider space for development. Abroad in this aspect of the development for more than 40 years of history, while in China started late, it is only in recent years, and it got attention and development.This paper based on the above background, this paper studies the basic concepts of remote medical treatment, remote medical treatment development present situation, the remote medical treatment some technologies, such as Java, B/S structure, the MVC mode, system development experience the feasibility study and remote medical treatment demand analysis, based on the analysis of the demand in nearly step combined with the characteristics of the system itself, the system for the corresponding system outline design, according to the system summary design of the system is further detailed design and implementation. According to the remote medical consultation system needs, the whole system is divided into an appointment management, consultation management, expert management, consultation auxiliary management, system management five function module. In the realization of the system, the paper puts forward the development of the general steps. Finally summarizes the main characteristics of the system and the deficiency of the existing system, and puts forward the development direction and ultimate goal of future work.This system based on Java is given priority to, combined with B/S, MVC, JSP and other related technologies, the system database using SQL Server2005, combined with the data access technology, realize the appointment consultation management, information management, experts consultation auxiliary management, system management function, improve the system scalability, easy maintenance, to the development of remote medical consultation and play a certain role. |
