| Objective:The present situation of childbirth experience of women in natural childbirth was investigated, and the influencing factors of childbirth experience of women in natural childbirth were analyzed from the aspects of social demographic characteristics, obstetric outcome, personality traits, childbirth expectation, etc.,so as to provide a basis for medical institutions to improve childbirth experience. Methods:Using the method of cross-sectional survey,250 women with natural delivery in a tertiary hospital were investigated by using Eysenck personality traits questionnaire, delivery expectation questionnaire and delivery experience questionnaire.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data.Different demographic characteristics and different obstetric outcomes were compared using independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between childbirth experience, personality traits and childbirth expectation, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results:1.The total mean score of childbirth experience for women in natural delivery was(77.90±7.80),their own ability score was(24.22±2.93),their participation score was(15.75±2.56),their professional support score was(20.74±2.85),and their safety perception score was(17.48±2.34)。2.The maternal education level, occupational status, labor analgesia, neonatal hospitalization feeding mode and delivery mode were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(t/F value was 2.614,2.374,3.755,3.28,3.28,all P<0.05)。3.Other occupation, junior high school education, postgraduate education or above, control and participation, medical support, expectant labor pain, medical environment, fetal aspiration were the factors that affected the childbirth experience of women in natural delivery(t value was 4.171,3.233,-2.487,-2.317,2.450,2.330,2.346,-2.332,all P<0.05),R~2of 0.351 could explain 35.1%of the variation coefficient of the total score of childbirth experience。4.The score of neurotic personality was the highest(52.78±26.6),psychic personality was the lowest(44.41±15.69),internal and external item personality was the highest(50.03±9.96),and disguised personality was the lowest(116.63±22.98);There was a positive correlation between internal and external item personality and childbirth expectation and self-ability(r=0.143,r=0.143,P<0.05),and a negative correlation between internal and external item personality and safety perception(r=-0.133,P<0.05);Neuroticism was positively correlated with safety perception and medical support(r=0.197,r=0.163,P<0.01),and neuroticism was negatively correlated with expectant labor pain(r=-2.83,P<0.05);Psychotropic personality was negatively correlated with childbirth expectation, medical environment, control and participation and participation(r=-0.162,-0.174,-0.166,-0.136,P<0.05),Psychotropic personality was positively correlated with labor pain expectation(r=0.128,P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between concealment personality and ability(r=0.138,P<0.05);Total score of delivery expectation, total score of delivery experience,self-competence,professional support and participation(r=0.417,0.306,0.383,0.35,P<0.01);Labor pain expectation was negatively correlated with total score of labor experience,self-ability,professional support, safety perception and participation(r=-0.319,-0.316,-0.271,-0.404,-0.226,P<0.05);The medical environment was positively correlated with the total score of childbirth experience,self-competence,professional support and participation(r=0.403,0.252,0.403,0.280,P<0.01);Spousal support was positively correlated with total score of childbirth experience,self-competence,professional support and participation(r=0.241,0.139,0.216,0.238,P<0.01);The total score,self-competence,professional support and participation were positively correlated(r=0.480,0.386,0.414 0,404,P<0.01);Medical support was positively correlated with total score of delivery experience,self-competence,professional support, safety perception and participation(r=0.359,0.196,0.275,0.346,0.319,P<0.01)。Conclusion:Natural delivery women have better delivery experience, and medical personnel should provide comprehensive and personalized delivery care measures for women with different personality traits, and improve delivery experience by establishing positive delivery expectations. |
